12. nd storage temperature of 20 C 40 C e Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by technicians All adjustments other than those described in this manual are prohibited for safety reasons e Other use than described above can cause damage to the product and increase the risk of short circuit fire electric shocks etc 4 Installation instructions Use of the Li ion battery The XFLR 0201S uses a Li ion battery that is partially charged during production Please consider all necessary safety precautions to avoid damaging the battery e Immediately upon purchase of the flood light discharge the battery completely by switching the flood light ON without connecting the flood light to an external power source e Once discharged immediately charge the battery for 7 hours as described below It is advised not to lit the lamp while charging in order to optimize the battery life Avoid a longtime full discharge of the Li ion battery Make sure the battery completes at least 1 full charging cycle every 3 months for a longer lifetime of the battery Use of the flood light 1 Make sure the flood light is positioned in a stable and firm manner before using it 2 You can tilt the flood light in an angle of 80 and turn it 360 on its stand See fig 1 Make sure the screws are tightened firmly 3 In order to charge the flood light connect the car or 12V DC adapter to the 12V DC input see fig 2 4 Switching the fl
