The actuating mechanism is a pneumatically actuated piston directly connected to the valve pad assembly The valve operation is single acting pneumatically opened spring closed The vacuum system is isolated from atmosphere by a fluoroelastomer O ring static seal 11 and a stainless steel bellows 13 for dynamic sealing The pneumatic system is isolated from atmosphere by fluoroelastomer 4 and 8 and nitrile 7 seals The space between the vacuum system seals and the pneumatic system seals is vented to atmosphere so there is no direct path between the pneumatic system and the vacuum system 1 3 Konstruktion Abbildung 1 zeigt den Querschnitt des SIPVP Ventils Sowohl das Nebenventil A als auch das Hauptventil B arbeiten auf die gleiche nachfolgend beschrieben Weise Der Stell mechanismus besteht aus einem pneumatisch betriebenen Kolben der direkt an die Ventiltellergruppe angeschlossen ist Das Ventil arbeitet einfachwirkend ffnen durch Pneumatik Schlie en durch Feder Das Vakuumsystem ist durch eine statische O Ringdichtung aus Fluorelastomer 11 und einen Edelstahlfaltenbalg 13 zur dynamischen Dichtung von der Atmosph re getrennt Das pneumatische System wird durch Fluorelastomer 4 und 8 sowie Nitril Dichtungen 7 von der Atmosph re getrennt Der Raum zwischen den Dichtungen des Vakuumsystems und denjenigen des pneumatischen Systems wird zur Atmosph re hin entl ftet so da es keinen direkten Weg z
