15. 1 5 mm 5 10mm 5 6 Cutting edge Be sure to set Front Guide Plate and Safety Cover before laminating Useful tip 1 It is recommended to find out the suitable temperature and speed by trying the similar material before practicing real object 2 To get the satisfactory finish hold the object evenly by hands and straighten outward while laminating 3 If the laminated film is not transparent cloudy white the temperature iS not high enough Raise the temperature or reduce the speed 6 The object should be placed on the frontguide plate evenly and rightangled otherwise a part of the object may come out of the film while processing Please refer to Safety Precation on Dage 2 7 After the lamination the film comes out of the pull roll Caution Hot Surface At the time the temperature of the film is relatively high approx 30 40C a Do not press Reverse Buttun except emergency case When it is pressed all the rollers rotate reversely b When you want to stop the lamination temporarily during the operation press Motor Swich to

If troubles e g jamming etc occurred switch off and unplug immediately and then contact our dealer Be careful not to be caught your tie necklace hair etc in Laminator In such a case switch off immediately Do not spill water on Lamipacker Do not operate it with wet hands Do not set Laminator on the power cord Ensure the Ground connection is correctly made before power On Be sure to unplug when moving Lamipacker Caution Hot Surface lt gets hot on the surface of Lamipacker and the laminated objects as well Do not laminate the prohibited materials sated on beneath Should you laminate any prohibited materials or excute lamination wrongly smoke come out Safety cover should be always placed in right place Safety Precautions For safety operation be sure to observe the following precautions Caution on Handling Lamination Film Lamination Objects Operation 1 Do not install Lamipacker in a humid dusty area or near air conditioner Electric insulation may deteriorate which may cause short circuit 2 Install Lamipacker on a level surface and leave enough space in the rear to allow the laminated items to come out 3 Do not put anything on top of Lamipacker as it gets hot 4 Make sure the power source is correspond to Lamipacker AC200 or 220 240V 30 60Hz single phase Do not share the electrical outlet with many other devices Ensure the Ground connection is correctly made before pow

27. e is cooled down with the film in the position the film may stick to the rollers and the rubber may be damaged at the re start Press Reverse Buttom once again The rollers return to the normal rotation Clean the rollers referring to the following instruction 9 Cleaning of Rollers Lift up the rollers by Roll Up Handle and turn off Power Switch as well as ON OFF Switch When the ON OFF Switch is turned off without lifting the rollers the buzzer will sound Cleaning of Rollers Clean rollers when the operation is over Fold a sheet of paper e g Calender catalogue etc into two Insert it repeatedly between the rollers with the folded side ahead An excess of adhesive stuck to the rollers may cause film jam The periodical cleaning is recommended because the aged adhesive can not be easily removed Do not use thin paper e g copying paper for cleaning of rollers as it may cause jamming 15 1 READY OFF

32. play Caution During the Standby mode rollers are rotating every 10 minutes In order to protect rollers However when lamination will not be done for some long period it is better to roll up Operation of Cold Lamination Cold Lamination ON laminating films and laminating object When the Temperature of is made without giving high temperature for HEATER STANDBY Heater Rollers is in the condition of room temperature the lamination can be started immediately by Heater Switch OFF 1 How to operate 1 Press Heater Standby Switch twice Heater Lamp red is tumed off and OFF appears on the display Caution Once the rollers are heated up it takes time to get cool to the room temperature even if Heater Switch OFF 2 Set the winding unit option and laminate Caution KM 0 CE HEATER STANDBY Be sure to plug the electric cord of the winding unit in the exclusive outlet equipped in the left side casing of the machine Do not use the exclusive outlet for other use 2 Change the mode to the standard hot lamination Press Heater Standby Switch once Heater Lamp red lights and set temperature appears on the display for standard hot lamination Finish of Lamination 1 When the lamination is over stop roller rotation and cut the upper and lower film at the near side of Heat Rollers Rotate rollers reversely and discharge the film left in the machine 4A PB DA Ws If the machin

35. stop the roller rotation and lift up the rollers If the rollers are kept heated and pressured rubber of the roller may be transformed 9 Use the Rear Cutter as follows after stopping the rollers 1 Confirm the height of the rail of the Rear Cutter When the thickness of the laminating object is less than Smm set the rail at the lowest position when the thickness is Smm 10mm set the rail at highest position Refer to page 5 6 Set Mounting Thickness 2 Press down on the top of the cutter cutting edge comes out from the body of the cutter 3 Slide the cutter horizontally to cut the film cutting can be done from either left or right side 4 Pull the top of the cutter up and slide it to either left or right end of the rail when the cutter is used the cutting edge get back to the body of the cutter Otherwise laminated film hit the cutter and may cause jamming of film and or damage the cutter How to use Side Cutter Fix the position of Side Cutter under the condition that a Rollers are stopped and b the film is set between Heater Rollers and Pull Rollers Procedures are as follows 1 Confirm the height of the rail of the Side Cutter When the thickness of the laminating object is less than Smm set the rail at the lowest position when the thickness is Smm 10mm set the rail at the highest position Refer to page 5 6 Set Mounting 2
