Make connections with the enclosed drain hoses and hose bands The drain pipe is provided with Rp3 4 socket Connect a hose nipple or a pipe as necessary Hose band eo 31 Rp3 4 Drain pipe 31mm dia Rp3 4 Drain hose 9 _ Affix the enclosed Maintenance Sticker to wherever readily visible on the MISTCATCH A Caution Submerge the open end of the drain hose in a tank For assuring smooth drainage avoid flattening out the drain hose Faulty drainage may be a cause of scattering of drainage

Remove dirt and foreign matters from the inner surface of suction port 5 Cleaning of Turbo fan Carry out cleaning when excessive dirt was found on the Turbo fan P 14 Detach the Collection unit referring to Cleaning of Collection unit in page 14 If Turbo fan is not heavily dirty clean it off without detaching M6 OMC N205 N205H 1 OMC N210 N210H PR Mo OMC N225 N225H 2 For heavy dirt unscrew the M6 bolt and the set screws of the Turbo fan to release it from the motor shaft and wash dirt away using detergent The number of set screws is 1 for OMC N205 N205H and 2 for OMC N210 N210H OMC N215 N215H and OMC N225 N225H

If suction power is decreased the Rectification demister is possibly clogged Detach the Rectification demister to check for dirt and clean it in case excessive dirt is found 2 Unlock the two draw latches to remove the Rear cover to take out the Rectification demister i 8 RS Rectification demister Draw latches 8 1 Ss Rear cover Mc Clean the demister with detergent 4 Cleaning of Suction port interior 1 3 1 Check for dirt of housing interior every month or at least quarterly basis When excessive dirt is found carry out cleaning C 3 NN RNN SN SS SS Inner cover

To prevent pooling of oil inside which can result in scattering direct the drain hose to be lower than the drain discharge port for smooth oil drainage 400mm 400mm The distance between the liquid surface and the drain port should be at least 400mm Or liquid in the recovery tank may be sucked up Os Xs XE 400mm 400mm or more 2 Wiring N Danger Wiring connection should be done only by qualified personnel Ground the wire without fail for prevention of electrical shock 10 E

10. Tighten the dome nut of the cord grip to fix the cables Fit the cover on the terminal board of motor 3 Attachment of option 1 Elbow flange Unscrew and detach the duct flange from the unit 4 Fix the elbow flange using the screws removed in the above For prevention of oil leak apply caulking agert to the elbow flange mounting surface for sealing Elbow flange Duct flange 2 Exhaust duct flange M8 Fix the Exhaust duct mounting adapter with the exhaust port of the MISTCATCH using the enclosed M8 bolts M8 M8 bolt
11. Never make MISTCATCH run continuously without fitting the Access Door and or the Collection Unit Q ON OFF Avoid frequent ON OFF switching Failure to this may lead to damage or short life of the product Q Before starting continuous run check the rotating direction without fail Continuous running to the wrong direction will lead to damage or short life of the product 1 Before starting operation ON OFF Turn power on and then off immediately R T Ensure that the direction of motor rotation is same as shown in the arrow direction on the motor In case it rotates to the opposite direction exchange R and T of the power supply
