Abstract We executed a plan to create a new educational structure based on voluntary actions This plan has offered opportunities of self education for fostering human resources who have extensive wisdom and can play their respective roles in society The principles of this plan are offering opportunities of comprehensive study and practical learning providing sufficient information to select courses freely and with self responsibility and employing rigorous evaluation system pursuart to that of university or graduate school As a result of five year effort we successfully establish an organization comprising voluntary lecturers students and institutions We now aim to expand this organization as Free Market of by for Wisdom that is a place where people gather and exchange their opinions for self education and personal fulfillment on their own accord Our final goal is to create a World of Wisdom that is rooted in the real 7 gg world with the spirits of Coalition of Society amp Education Collaboration of Mutual Teaching and Learning and Based on the Actual Field
