Hold the lever by one hand and pump to discharge oil When lever load is heavy pull up the lever a little and repeat pumping by use of both hands g To return the working oil to the tank TYEE Tg After the required operation turn the operation valve counter clockwise slowly to open and to let the working oil return to the tank After the whole required operation completed a FRHOSEA To close the air valve Turn the air valve clockwise to close b To fix the lever by use of lever hook Push the lever grip and fix the lever by use of the lever hook c To disconnect couplers and mount duster caps

Install this pump on a flat and safety place The meaning of safety place should be a place around which dangerous goods or obstacles do not exists and whose floor is plain flat and stable Do not operate this pump with hose side up b 10 gt To connect the couplers See page 10 Connect a high pressure hose and a ram with a coupler tightly c To unfasten the lever hook Unfasten the lever hook by pushing the lever grip d FRAO AA To open the air valve Turn the air valve counter clockwise to open e To close the operation valve 2N m Turn the operation valve clockwise to close tightly The tightening torque shall be about 2N m a f Pumping
