Leiter Achtung Es d rfen nur die in Tab 2 genannten Verbindungsmaterialien verpre t werden Sollten andere Verbindungsmaterialien verpre t werden m ssen ist eine R cksprache mit dem Werk zwingend erforderlich Achtung Es d rfen keine unter Spannung stehenden We Teile verpre t werden Siehe DIN EN 50110 1 gt siehe Kapitel 5 5 3 3 5 4 5 5 Bei der EK 60 VP plus handelt es sich um ein handgef hrtes Ger t das nicht eingespannt werden darf Es darf nicht f r den station ren Einsatz verwendet werden Das Ger t ist nicht f r den Dauerbetrieb geeignet Es mu nach ca 30 40 Verpressungen hintereinander eine Pause von ca 15 min eingelegt werden um das Ger t abzuk hlen Achtung Bei zu intensivem Gebrauch kann es durch Erhitzung zu Sch den am Ger t kommen Achtung Beim Betrieb von Elektromotoren kann es zur Funkenbildung kommen durch die feuergef hrliche oder explosive Stoffe in Brand gesetzt werden k nnen Achtung Das elektrohydraulische Pre ger t darf nicht bei starkem Regen oder unter Wasser eingesetzt werden Verarbeitungshinweise Um die Einhaltung der erforderlichen Pre kraft des Werkzeuges zu berpr fen ist als Zubeh r eine Lehre TGVP und Pr fzylinder TS10 erh ltlich Die Pr fzylinder m ssen mittig in axialer Richtung in den Pre kopf eingelegt und verpre t werden Anhand der Langen anderung des Pr fzylinders kann eine Aussage ber die aktuelle Pre kraft getroffe
