RIELLO Mantenimiento 9 3 Posici n de mantenimiento 9 3 1 Acceso a la turbina Realizar el mantenimiento s lo si fuera oportuno procurando no arruinar ni desequilibrar la turbina rante la limpieza PRECAUCI N curante SUI BRE Proceder de la siguiente manera Quitar la envolvente 4 Fig 23 desenroscar la tuerca de fijaci n de la brida y extraer el quemador Enganchar el quemador a la brida 1 Fig 24 NOTA Tomar nota de la posici n original antes de llevar a cabo los trabajos gt Aflojar los tres tornillos 2 Fig 23 y quitar el grupo de regu laci n aire 1 Ahora es posible limpiar la turbina aspirando las impurezas pro curando que no entren en el circuito de aire Volver a montar siguiendo el procedimiento en orden inverso colocando el grupo regulaci n aire 1 en la posici n original Ajustar los tres tornillos 2 con par no superior a 0 8 Nm Fig 23 9 3 2 Sustituci n de la boquilla Para acceder a la boquilla proceder del siguiente modo quitar la tuerca de fijaci n a la brida y extraer el quemador enganchar el quemador a la brida 1 Fig 24 y aflojar los tornillos 3 extraer del anillo 4 el tubo llama 2 y el embudo posterior 11 aflojar el tornillo 8 y extraer el grupo cabezal 7 del porta boquilla 9 prestando atenci n en desconectar los cables 5 de los electrodos sustituir la boquilla 6 A ATENCI
