1. Messen Sie Ihren Blutdruck bei normaler K rpertemperatur Wenn Ihnen warm oder kalt ist warten sie noch etwas bevor Sie die Messung durchf hren Wenn das Blutdruckmessger t bei sehr niedriger Temperatur nahe des Gefrierpunkts ge lagert wurde bringen Sie es mindestens eine Stunde vor Verwendung an einen warmen Ort Warten Sie f nf Minuten bevor Sie die n chste Messung durchf hren 1 W hlen Sie mit der Benutzerumschalttaste den Speicherbereich 1 bzw Speicherbereich 2 Dr cken Sie nach Auswahl eines Speicherbereichs die Taste ON OFF START um das Messger t zur ckzusetzen so dass Sie die Messung in dem gew hlten Speicherbereich beginnen k nnen 2 Dr cken Sie die Taste ON OFF START Zur berpr fung der Anzeigefunktionen leuchten alle Ziffern auf Das Messger t wird innerhalb von 2 Sekunden berpr ft Dieses Messger t pumpt automatisch bis zu einem Druck von etwa 220 mmHg auf wenn das System erkennt dass zur Messung Ihres Blutdrucks ein h herer Druck erforderlich ist 3 Nachdem alle Symbole angezeigt wurden blinkt auf dem Display eine 0 Das Blutdruck messger t ist einsatzbereit und pumpt automatisch langsam die Manschette auf um die Messung zu beginnen 4 Wenn die Messung abgeschlossen ist wird der Druck in der Manschette abgebaut Der systolische Druck der diastolische Druck und der Puls werden gleichzeitig auf dem LCD Display angezeig
