10. is out of order switch off the machine and contact the technical service When the machine is operating if the discharge air is cold this means that the resistances have been cut out in this case the objects can still be dried but several cycles must be repeated In some cases it can happen that the machine temperature increases due to high room temperature ex during summertime or to long use or to difficult air circulation in small places In such cases the heating elements can be automatically switched off by the thermostat to avoid overheating the produced air will be then cold Since the thermostat will automatic reset after machine has cooled down it is enough to wait a few minutes in order to start working again Another situation that may obtain is that the machine does not switch off automatically in this case the timer is out of order and the technical assistance must also be contacted Repairs must be carried out by TECNO GAZ or by authorised personnel Unauthorised operations are considered as tampering and automatically entail the annulment of the warranty and TECNO GAZ does not shoulder any responsibility for damage following such unauthorised operations PAR 12 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE Ordinary maintenance consists in normal cleaning operations to be carried out when necessary according to the state of the machine Before starting cleaning the mains lead must be disconnected from the electric supply network To clean th
11. or other causes for which the manufacturer may not be held responsible The components subject to normal wear and the accessories e g buttons stops seals are not covered by the warranty The purchaser is not entitled to the replacement of the full machine The warranty does not envisage any refund of direct or indirect damage of any kind involving people or objects owing to any failure of the machine TECNO GAZ doe not shoulder any responsibility as regards failures or damage caused by the machine if it is used incorrectly or the ordinary maintenance is not carried out or the basic principles of good maintenance have been neglected negligence No compensation is envisaged for machine idle time due to failures The warranty becomes automatically void if the machine is tampered with repaired or modified by the purchaser or third parties not authorised by TECNO GAZ In case of repairs the purchaser must address the seller only or the technical service centres pointed out by TECNO GAZ The components replaced according to the warranty must be returned to TECNO GAZ free carriage paid Any failure to return a component entails that the customer must pay the cost of the component TECNO GAZ does not accept machines returned by end users The delivery of the machine to be repaired by TECNO GAZ must be dealt with by the seller or technical service centre chosen by the end user according to the CM P 003 commercial procedure entitled MANAGING REQUESTS FOR

23. danni anche le operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione se non si rispettano le regole descritte nel par 11 12 specialmente quella di staccare la spina di alimentazione dalla rete elettrica ogni volta che si esegue un intervento sulla macchina DUKF151 REV5 doc 8 o TECNO GAZ Ci PAR 11 SITUAZIONI CHE SI POSSONO VERIFICARE DURANTE IL FUNZIONAMENTO Il funzionamento della macchina molto semplice e quindi anche gli eventi di cattivo funzionamento sano pochi Quando si accende la macchina con l interruttore generale e questo non si illumina vuol dire che manca alimentazione elettrica se la spina di alimentazione inserita la causa sono i fusibili vedi fig B pos 6 bisogna sostituirli e se bruciano nuovamente bisogna chiedere assistenza Quando l interruttore si illumina e azionando il timer i ventilatori non si mettono in moto vuol dire che hanno subito un danno oppure il timer non funziona bisogna spegnere la macchina e chiedere assistenza Un altra situazione che si pu verificare che la macchina non si spenga pi automaticamente e questo dipende dal timer guasto anche in questo caso bisogna chiedere l assistenza In alcune situazioni particolari la temperatura della macchina pu innalzarsi eccessivamente ad esempio durante la stagione estiva o se la macchina viene lasciata in funzione per lunghi periodi o se viene alloggiata in un mobile molto stretto con poco spazio attorno per l aerazione In questi casi pu succ

26. e tray upon which the objects to be dried are laid see picture A pos 3 PAR 7 INSTALLATION UNIKA must be placed on a stable flat surface far from other equipment and not inserted in narrow spaces since the machine produces heat and emits water vapour albeit in small quantity It must be connected to an electric socket supplying 1 2 KW power and 220 V voltage and equipped with a safety cut out DUKF151 REV5 doc 14 TECNO GAZ PAR 8 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Place the objects on the dedicated tray after having washed them with water and let them drip thoroughly The objects must be spread on the tray net and not be touching or overlapping to allow the air to flow on their surface heat them remove moisture and flow out into the chamber below Insert the tray with the objects into the drying chamber close the door and turn on the main switch see picture A pos 1 By means of the timer knob see picture A pos 2 adjust the drying time 4 min max the fans start operating immediately and the resistances heat the air After the set time the cycle stops automatically Turn off the main switch open the door and check whether the objects are dry If the drying time was not sufficient turn the objects upside down and repeat the operation Objects characterised by a cavity retaining water must be dripped thoroughly before undergoing the treatment and disassembled as much as possible before being placed on the tray
