Taste f r einen niedrigeren Sollwert Abb 11 Pos 3 Je langer Sie dabei die jeweilige Taste dr cken desto schneller ver ndert sich der Wert in der Anzeige Temperaturen auBerhalb des Sollwertebereiches 10 60 C lassen sich nicht einstellen Die Temperaturanzeige zeigt jetzt den Istwert im Inkubationsraum an Sie k nnen jederzeit den Sollwert kontrollieren indem Sie dazu die Tasten dr cken Abb 11 Pos 1 und 3 Bei Bedarf k nnen Sie die Zufuhr von Umgebungsluft verst rken indem Sie die Blende an der R ckseite des Inkubationsteils verschwenken Wollen Sie mit dem CERTOMAT HK im Bereich um die Umgebungstemperatur temperieren aktivieren Sie die angeschlossene K hlvorrichtung geh rt nicht zum Lieferumfang des CERTOMAT H HK Stoppen Sie die Inkubationshaube mit dem Hauptschalter rechte Ger teseitenwand falls erforderlich Besondere Hinweise Beim Entnehmen oder Einbringen von GefaBen in den Inkubationsraum empfehlen wir die Frontklappe nur so kurz wie m glich zu ffnen Dadurch k nnen Sie W rmeverluste und unn tige Temperaturschwankungen f r das Temperiergut vermeiden Beim CERTOMAT H muss die Differenz zwischen der Temperatur des Inkubationsraumes und der Umgebung mindestens 8 C betragen damit eine einwandfreie Temperaturregelung sichergestellt ist CERTOMAT HK Die K hlmitteltemperatur sollte ca 10 C unter der gew nschten Inkubationstemperatur liegen

General Safety Notes General information Operators have to be qualified for the application and they have to make themselves completely familiar with the operation of the equipment Your company has to provide safety information about dangers emanating from the place of installation for personnel and working environment As far as required suitable safety equipment has to be provided In general you have to wear suitable work clothes and personal protection equipment such as gloves eye protectors and breathing protection if required You have to make sure that unauthorised people have no access to the equipment Tips for the safe operation of the CERTOMAT H HK and additional safety advice for the operation of the shaker If you use the CERTOMAT H HK to warm up a shaker pay attention to the weight of the shaker User suitable transport equipment for transport to the place of installation and when changing it to another place Take heed of the space required by and loads on the shaker as well as the loading and shaking motion The surface where the equipment is installed has to have sufficient bearing capacity for the completely installed equipment and influences by operation Before start up check machine specifications and set the line voltage selector to the supply voltage Do not block the fans installed in the device as this would disrupt the temperature within the incubation room Danger of overheating Use on

Stellen Sie Ihre externe K hlung so ein dass die Heizung m glichst nicht oder nur wenig aktiviert wird Bei K hlbetrieb stellen Sie den Sollwert korrekt ein Beachten Sie Die Heizung ist nicht gegen K hlbetrieb verriegelt Bei K hlbetrieb wird sie immer aktiviert wenn die Isttemperatur die eingestellte Solltemperatur unterschreitet Im K hlbetrieb lassen sich keine Temperaturen 10 C erreichen da das Ger t entsprechend gegenheizt Herausf hren des Kondensatablaufschlauches nur CERTOMAT HK F r langeren Betrieb mit externer K hlung muss der bereits montierte Kondensatablaufschlauch Abb 12 Pos 1 nach auBen gelegt werden Abb 12 Kondensatablaufschlauch der S Inkubationseinheit CERTOMAT HK Netzstecker der Inkubationseinheit ziehen L sen der Seitenwand Abb 13 Pos 2 der Inkubations einheit Hierzu die Schrauben Abb 13 Pos 1 8 St ck der Seitenwand aufschrauben Seitenwand abziehen Kondensatablaufschlauch durch die vorhandene Offnung in der Seitenwand nach auBen durchf hren Seitenwand wieder an die Inkubationseinheit montieren Schrauben festziehen Netzstecker wieder einstecken und Ger t anschlieBen Abb 13 L sen der Seitenwand 3 3 P 3 3 1 e Reinigung Wartung und St rungsbehebung Die Wartung des CERTOMAT H HK beschr nkt sich auf die notwendige Reinigung auf den Ersatz defekter Sicherungen Nur autorisierter Service darf Reparaturen an

76. licable safety instructions and other legally or otherwise compulsory regulations Working with Media The utilized media and substances can be hazardous and may pose dangers that are specific to the substances and the processes and thus cannot be described here in detail Your company should issue corresponding safety regulations and carefully instruct the operating personnel Recommended basic protection equipment includes such items as suitable working clothes gloves goggles and respiratory equipment if necessary Initial Startup and Normal Operation Use only units equipment accessories and spare parts released by the company Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH for use with the shaker Check all components for damage especially glass components such as jars Any damaged components must not be used Never use the shaker without the tray Switch the unit off before installing uninstalling trays mounting sets or additional accessories When mounting the trays leave enough space between the unit and other objects especially in case of trays extending over or beyond the shaker table or bench Make sure that trays are properly installed and fastened Fasten the tray mountings and accessories properly Distribute loads evenly on the tray when loading the shaker with the shaking vessels Erlenmeyer flasks bottles etc In case of incubation shaking cabinets make sure the tray is firmly positioned close the doors before
