Vakuumbefestigung nicht f r Wand oder Deckenbohrungen Achten Sie bei der Vakuumbefestigung auf einen ausreichend groBen Unterdruck Sorgen Sie daf r dass die Dichtungen nicht verschlissen sind Beachten Sie dass die Nivellierschrauben nur begrenzt herausgedreht werden k nnen um das Vakuum nicht zu mindern berlastungsschutz Die ETN 152 3 P ist zum Schutz von Bediener Motor und Bohrkrone mit einem mechanischen elektronischen und thermischen berlastungsschutz ausger stet Mechanisch Elektronisch Thermisch Bei einem pl tzlichen Verklemmen der Bohrkrone wird mittels einer Rutschkupplung die Bohrspindel vom Motor entkoppelt Zur Warnung des Bedieners vor berlastung des Bohrger tes bei zu groBer Vorschubkraft ist im Handgriff eine Leuchtdiode eingebaut Im Leerlauf und bei normaler Belastung erfolgt keine Anzeige Bei einer Uberlastung leuchtet die Diode rot In diesem Falle ist die Maschine zu entlasten Bei l ngerer Nichtbeachtung der roten Anzeige erfolgt ber die Elektronik eine selbst ndige Abschaltung der Maschine Nach Entlastung und Aus und Wiedereinschalten des Ger teschalters kann normal weitergearbeitet werden Mit Hilfe eines Thermoelementes wird der Motor bei anhaltender Uberlastung vor Zerst rung gesch tzt Die Maschine schaltet in diesem Falle selbst ndig ab und kann erst nach entsprechender Abk hlung ca 2 min wieder in Betrieb genommen werden Die Abk hlzeit ist abh2. dass sich die Bohrkrone frei drehen l sst 4 Das Ger t darf nur zweihandgef hrt oder am Bohrst nder eingesetzt werden Halten Sie die Handgriffe trocken sauber und frei von Ol und Fett Nicht in rotierende Teile fassen Personen unter 16 Jahren d rfen das Ger t nicht benutzen Der Benutzer und die sich in der N he aufhaltenden Personen m ssen wahrend der Benutzung des Ger tes eine geeignete Schutzbrille Schutzhelm Geh rschutz Staubschutzmaske Schutzhandschuhe und Sicherheitsschuhe benutzen W hrend des Handbetriebes Ger t immer mit beiden H nden halten und einen sicheren Stand einnehmen Beachten Sie das Reaktionsdrehmoment der Maschine im Blockierfall Arbeiten Sie stets konzentriert Gehen Sie berlegt vor und verwenden Sie das Gerat nicht wenn Sie unkonzentriert sind Bei Trockenbohrungen im Handbetrieb zwischen 100 und 200 mm ist mit besonderer Umsicht zu arbeiten Weitere Sicherheitshinweise entnehmen Sie bitte der Anlage AN Elektrischer Anschluss Die ETN 152 3 P ist in Schutzklasse II ausgef hrt Zum Schutz des Bedieners darf die Maschine nur ber eine Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung betrieben werden Das Ger t wird deshalb standardmaBig mit integriertem PRCD Schutzschalter zum Einsatz an einer Schutzkontaktsteckdose geliefert Achtung Der PRCD Schutzschalter darf nicht im Wasser liegen PRCD Schutzschalter nicht zum Ein und Ausschalten der Maschine verwenden
