Die CPS Endstufe wurde f r den Ei ein konventionelles 19 Zoll Rack entwickelt Befestigen Sie die Endstufe an der Vorderseite mit 4 Schrauben un terle eiben wie in folgender Abbildung dargestellt Wird das Rack in dem die Endstufe eingebaut ist transpc 1 s die R ckseite der Endstufe im Rack befestigt werden Bei fehlender Befestigung kann sowohl die Endstufe als las Rack besch digt werden Befestigen Sie die Endstufe wie in folgender Abbildung gezeigt mit Hilfe von K figmutte Befestigungsschrauben Geeignete Rackwinkel sind als Zubeh r erh ltlich Abbildung 2 1 Befestigung der Endstufe bei Rackeinbau 2 5 K hlung Bei allen l ftergek hlen Endstufen von Electro Voice str mt die Luft von der Frontseite zur R ckseite da k hle Frischluft eher au erhalb des Racks zur Verf gung steht als innerhalb Die Endstufe bleibt k hler und die entstehende Abw rme kann gezielter abgef hrt werden Bedienungsanleitung CONTRACTOR PRECISION SERIES Generell ist die Endstufe so aufzustellen oder zu montieren dass die Luftzufuhr an der Frontseite und die Entl ftung an der Ger ter ckseite nicht behindert wird F r den Einbau in Geh use und Racks ist zu beachten dass eine ausreichende Bel ftung der Endstufe m glich ist Zwischen der Endstufen R ckseite und der Schrank Rack Innenseite ist ein freier Luftkanal von mindestens 60 mm x 330 mm bis zur oberen Rack oder Schrankentl ftung vorzusehen Oberhalb des Schrankes soll ein freier

Raum von mindestens 100 mm f r die Entl ftung vorgesehen werden Da w hrend des Betriebs der Endstufe die Temperatur im Geh use oder Schrank bis zu 40 ansteigen kann muss die maximal zul ssige Umgebungstemperatur der brigen im Gestellschrank befindlichen Ger te beachtet werden Endstufen der CPS Serie k nnen in Racks ohne Abstand direkt bereinander montiert werden Da sich die Geh use der CPS Verst rker im Betrieb erw rmen kann es jedoch sinnvoll sein zu anderen Ger ten ohne Zwangsk hlung Controller System Manager etc 1 H heneinheit 1 HE Abstand zu halten ACHTUNG Die L ftungs ffnungen der Endstufe d rfen nicht blockiert verschlossen werden Bei feh lender K hlung kann sich die Endstufe automatisch abschalten Halten Sie alle L ftungs ffnungen frei von Staubablagerungen die den Luftstrom behindern w rden Betreiben Sie die Endstufe nicht der N he von W rmequellen wie Heizl ftern fen oder an deren Ger ten die Hitze abstrahlen Die maximale Umgebungstemperatur von 40 C soll f schritten werden F r Installationen mit einem zentralen K hlluftsystem oder Klimag Ger ter umen verwendet wird kann es n tig sein die maximale sion zu berechnen Beachten Sie hierzu die Angaben auf Seite 22 L fter N Die Endstufen der CPS Serie besitzen zwei L fter temperaturgesteuert mit leist
18. angesprochen Die Endstufen werden in diesem Fall ber die Ausgangsrelais von der Last getrennt und die Signalzufuhr unterbrochen um etwaige Sch den an den Lautsprechern oder der Endstufe selbst zu verhindern Die Fehlerursache beispielsweise eine kurzgeschlossene Lautsprecherleitung muss beseitigt werden Bei berhitzung muss einige Zeit gewartet werden bis die Enstufe sich selbst ndig wieder in den normalen Betriebszustand schaltet MUTE Die MUTE LED eines Kanals leuchtet rot auf wenn die Ends geschaltet ist Dies tritt bei der manuellen Stummschaltung ber IRIS Net auf 30dB LIMIT Q LIMIT Die Pegelanzeige an der Frontseite der Endstufe erfolgt g f r die beiden Kan le mit den jeweiligen LEDs 30dB 10dB und 3dB unter Vollausst IMIT LED leuchtet auf sobald einer der O 100B eingebauten dynamischen Audio Limiter Endstufe ber der Aussteuerungsgrenze oder generell im Grenzbereich betrieben wird Ku iti Aufleuchten ist dabei unproblematisch da der interne O Limiter Eingangspegel bis zu 21 dBu tisch unkritischen Klirrfaktor von ca 1 ausregeln a kann Leuchtet die LIMIT LED jedo berlastungssch den der angeschl ss POWER POWER Die POWER LED leuchtet enn die Endstufe eingeschaltet ist Falls die POWER LED trotz eingeschaltetem Ger t et ist das Ger t entweder nicht mit dem Stromnetz verbunden oder die Prim rsicherung ist d n Lausprecherboxe
