6. ge offnet ist R umen Sie samtliches Bedien bzw Wartungswerk zeug von der Arbeitsflache Prufen Sie den freien Lauf des Diamantblattes indem Sie die Arbeitsplatte 1 vorschieben bis zum Dia mantblatt Vergewissern Sie sich das der Winkelfixierhebel 6 fest angezogen ist Betrieb Allgemeines Alle Einstellarbeiten bei abgeschalteter Maschine Prufen Sie 6 11 12 sowie 1 auf festen Sitz Wasserdurchlassventil offen Stecken Sie die Maschine mit dem PRCD Stecker 10 an die Steckdose an Drucken Sie die grune Re set Taste Die Betriebsanzeige leuchtet rot Dr cken Sie die blaue T Test Taste Nun sollte die Betriebs anzeige erl schen Wenn dies der Fall ist dr cken sie abschlie end nochmals die Reset Taste Sie k nnen die Maschine einschalten Wenn die Betriebsanzeige weiterhin rot leuchtet haben Sie einen Fehlerstrom Lassen Sie einen Elekt riker das Speisestromnetz sowie Maschine prufen Schalten Sie die Maschine durch Drucken der grunen EIN Knopfes seitlich am S geaggregat ein Warten Sie bis das Diamantblatt auf voller Drehzahl ist und das Blatt mit Wasser gek hlt wird Schnitt durchfuhren Nach Schnittende Maschine wieder ausschalten Schnitte Sie k nnen mit Hilfe der Stellschrauben 11 amp 12 ver schiedene Schnitte durchfuhren Trennschnitte dazu stellen Sie die Stellschraube 11 so ein dass das Diamantblatt ca 5mm unter die Arbeitsfl che reicht Halten Sie das Aggregat
7. in dieser Position und drehen Sie die Stellschraube 12 so dass das Ag gregat in dieser Tiefe fixiert ist F hren Sie nun mit der Arbeitsplatte das Material lang sam und gleichm ig dem Diamantblatt zu F r schmale Werkst cke besteht die M glichkeit diese mit Kappschnitten abzul ngen L sen Sie dazu Stellschraube 12 soweit als n tig Werkst ckh he 1cm Greifen Sie beim Schnittvorgang mit Ihren H nden nie in die N he des laufenden Diamantblattes Legen Sie das Werkst ck stets an L ngs und Queran schlag an Schnittwinkel einstellen Sie k nnen mit der ZIPPER ZI STM350 Schnitte im Win kelintervall von 90 45 durchf hren e L sen Sie Winkelfixierknauf 6 e Schwenken Sie das gesamte S geaggregat bis sie den gew nschten Winkel erreicht haben e Fixieren Sie das Aggregat durch festziehen des Fixierknaufes 6 9 Wartung Achtung Vor Reinigung Wartung etc Netzstecker zie hen T glich nach Betrieb e Lassen Sie das Wasser aus der Wanne ab Dazu den Gummist psel ziehen Maschine leicht anheben auf gegen berliegenden Seite e Nach jedem Gebrauch die Wasserpumpe aus reichend mit klarem Wasser durchsp len um abgelagerte Steinstaubsedimente etc zu ent fernen Wird die Pumpe nicht regelm ig nach Betrieb ge s ubert wird die Pumpe mit der Zeit verstopft Garantie ausgeschlossen e Staub und Verschmutzungen sind regelm ig von der Maschine zu entfernen Die Reinigung is
