1. gt Connect compressed air at 4 5 to 6 bar to P 1 gt Remove the blowout mouthpiece gt Unscrew the 4 screws gt Open the cover 2 english The 2 red switches for emergency manual actuation 3 are located next to the terminal strip They are in the idle position when the arrow is paral lel to the terminal strip gt the 2 switches carefully 90 degrees in the clockwise direction in either order 4a The piston moves into the upper position and the plug is separated from the valve seat gt Turn only the upper switch to the idle position 4b The piston stays in the upper position even after the compressed air is switched off 2702 15 COMMISSIONING burkert gt Remove the valve body from the piston actuator The plug is now in the upper position This means the gasket will not be damaged gt Weld the valve body gt Clean the valve body carefully RECOMMENDATION Mount the valve body with a new sealing ring bet ween the valve body and the piston actuator gt Turn the lower switch back into the idle position The piston actuator is bled and the spring closes the valve e N 2 a ba a 5 3 bal fs 77 a 2 gt LO CD
