De bij de reductiemotor geleverde voorste beugel moet direct op de vleugel van de poort worden gelast Als dit niet mogelijk is gebruikt u de beugel mod PLAS optioneel accessoire 01 Bepaal de waarde van de afmeting E aan de hand van de Tabel 1 02 Bepaal de hoogte waarin de voorste beugel moet geplaatst worden raad pleeg hiervoor afb 8 03 Bevestig vervolgens de beugel aan het stevige deel van de vleugel van het hekwerk TABEL 1 Model WG4024 WG4000 WG4000 V1 WG5024 WG5000 WG5000 V1 70 2 Nederlands 3 5 3 Installatie van de reductiemotor op de bevestigingsbeugels e Installeer de reductiemotor op de achterste beugel 01 Bevestig de reductiemotor aan de beugel zoals getoond in afb 9 met behulp van de bijgeleverde schroef de afdichtingsring en de moer 02 Schroef volledig de moer dicht en draai hem vervolgens ong 1 10 van een draai los om een kleine speling tussen de delen toe te laten e Installeer de reductiemotor op de voorste beugel 01 Bevestig de reductiemotor aan de beugel zoals getoond in afb 10 met behulp van de bijgeleverde schroef en afdichtingsring 02 Draai de schroef volledig dicht 03 Bevestig duurzaam de label die u in de verpakking vindt in de nabijheid van de reductiemotor De label geeft informatie betreffende de manuele blok kering en deblokkering van de reductiemotor 3 6 Afstelling van de mechan

7. 06 07 08 Inbedrijfstelling De inbedrijfstelling kan enkel gebeuren nadat alle testfases van de reductiemo tor en van de andere aanwezige inrichtingen met positief resultaat werden uit gevoerd Om de inbedrijfstelling uit te voeren moet de instructiehandleiding van de Besturingseenheid geraadpleegd worden BELANGRIJK Een gedeeltelijke inbedrijfstelling of inbedrijfstelling in voorlopige situaties is verboden 6 ONDERHOUD VAN HET PRODUCT Voor een constant veiligheidsniveau en om een maximale levensduur van de automatisering te garanderen is een regelmatig onderhoud noodzakelijk Het onderhoud moet uitgevoerd worden met complete inachtneming van de vei ligheidsvoorschriften aanwezig in de onderhavige handleiding en overeenkom stig met de van kracht zijnde normen en wetten Voor de reductiemotor is een geprogrammeerd onderhoud noodzakelijk maximum binnen de 6 maanden Onderhoudswerkzaamheden 01 Sluit alle elektrische voedingsbronnen af 02 Controleer de staat van alle materialen die de automatisering samenstellen met bijzondere aandacht voor erosie of oxidatie van de structurele onder delen vervang de onderdelen die geen voldoende garantie bieden Controleer of de schroefaansluitingen op correcte wijze zijn aangespannen Controleer of de schroefmoer en de wormschroef op gepaste wijze ge smeerd zijn Controleer de slijtage van de bewegende onderdelen en vervang eventueel de versleten delen Sluit opnie

Zur Endpr fung des Antriebs sind folgende Vorg nge zu befol gen 01 Kontrollieren dass alle in diesem Handbuch und insbesondere in Kapitel 1 enthaltenen Angaben streng beachtet wurden 02 Den Antrieb freigeben wie in Abb 14 gezeigt 03 Kontrollieren dass der Torfl gel beim ffnen und Schlie en mit einer Kraft von nicht mehr als 390 N ca 40 kg von Hand bewegt werden kann Den Antrieb blockieren und die Stromversorgung anschlie en Mithilfe der vorgesehenen Steuer und Stoppvorrichtungen Schl sselw hischalter Bedienungskn pfe oder Funksender Tests zum ffnen Schlie Ben und Stoppen des Tors vornehmen und kontrollieren ob das Verhalten dem vorgesehenen entspricht Eins nach dem anderen den einwandfreien Betrieb aller in der Anlage vor handenen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen Uberprtifen Fotozellen sensible Ran der Notstopp usw und kontrollieren ob das Verhalten dem vorgesehenen entspricht Einen SchlieBvorgang steuern und die Aufprallkraft des Tors gegen den mechanischen Anschlag berpr fen Bei Bedarf den Druck pr fen und ablassen um eine Einstellung zu finden die bessere Ergebnisse erzielt 08 Wenn die durch die Torfl gelbewegung herbeigef hrten Gefahrensituatio nen durch Begrenzung der Aufprallkraft gesch tzt wurden ist Kraftmes sung gem den Vorschriften der Norm EN 12445 vorzunehmen Anmerkung Der Antrieb ist nicht mit Vorrichtungen zur Drehmomentregulie rung ausgestattet daher ist diese Regulierun
