8. rive Montage des guignols sur les gouvernes de direction et de profondeur Les guignols seront mont s sur les gouvernes de direction et de profondeur en faisant correspondre le point de connexion avec le point d articulation de la gouverne comme il a t indiqu pour les volets d ailerons Percer les trous correspondants dans les gouvernes pour les vis de fixation Comme la direction sera command e par des c bles un guignol devra tre fix droite et gauche sur la gouverne La roulette de queue sera mont e avec la gouverne de direction sur le fuselage comme il est visible sur la photo Important les points de pivotement de la gouverne et de la roulette de queue doivent correspondre Percer les trous correspondants pour les vis de fixation Coller la planchette pour le servo de direction l emplacement correspondant dans le fuselage Visser maintenant les deux chapes en plastique sur les douilles filet es Connecter les chapes sur les guignols de gouverne Introduire les c bles de commande dans les gaines jusqu ce qu ils sortent l avant vers le servo Munir les pattes du servo des passe fils en caoutchouc et des illets en laiton comme il a t pr c demment d crit Les c bles seront connect s sur le servo de direction au moyen des douilles filet es et des chapes comme repr sent sur la photo Les deux c bles devront tre tendus de fa on ce qu aucun jeu ne soit perceptible dans la gouverne de dir
9. sur le fuselage de fa on ce que le tourillon dans le bord d attaque p n tre dans le per age du couple et que l aile touche celui ci Aligner maintenant l aile perpendiculairement au fuselage ceci pourra tre contr l en mesurant la distance entre l extr mit des volets d ailerons et le bas du plan fixe de d rive qui doit tre gale a droite et a gauche Fixer maintenant l aile sur le fuselage au moyen des deux vis de fixation Poser maintenant le raccordement du fuselage sur l aile et reporter son contour sur cette derniere avec un crayon feutre Retirer le raccordement et d couper le film de recouvrement sur la surface de collage avec la panne d un fer a souder chaud Pour coller le raccordement du fuselage appliquer de la colle sur la surface de collage puis poser et aligner le raccordement avec l aile et le fuselage Fixer le raccordement avec les vis de fixation de l aile jusqu la prise de la colle Fixation des haubans du stabilisateur Percer un trou de 1 5 mm a env 75mm de l extremite arri re sous le fuselage pour fixer les haubans Courber l g rement les haubans afin qu ils reposent sous le plan fixe du stabilisateur Reporter maintenant les points de fixation sous le plan fixe et percer les trous de 1 5 mm pour les vis de fixation Ne pas percer enti rement le plan fixe mais seulement sur une profondeur d env 6mm Il est important d enduire les vis de colle blanche pour pr venir tou
