16. 4 ADVERTENCIAS DE EMPLEO EL OPERARIO DEBERA NO PERDER DE VISTA todos los movimientos de la maquina y de la carga permaneciendo al interior del radio de acci n del telemando COLOCARSE con la mayor visibilidad directa posible del sistema maquina telemando y de la carga Antes de emplear el telemando hay que COMPROBAR siempre que el funcionamiento mec nico del pulsador STOP sea correcto si no funcionase no utilizar el telemando APAGAR la unidad transceptora cuando se suspenda el trabajo evi tando que la carga permanezca en suspensi n aun cuando se debe efectuar la sustituci n de la bater a descargada NO DEJAR NUNCA sin vigilancia la unidad transceptora con la llave de accionamiento NO ENCENDER O ACCIONAR NUNCA la unidad transceptora sino para empezar a trabajar el empleo impropio puede causar situacio nes de peligro NO ENCENDER O ACCIONAR NUNCA la unidad transceptora en lu gares cerrados sin visibilidad o fuera del radio t pico de acci n INTERVENIR inmediatamente accionando el pulsador STOP cuando se verifique una situaci n de peligro PRESTAR ATENCI N a toda el rea de trabajo interviniendo en caso de peligro accionando manualmente el pulsador STOP HAY QUE TENER CUIDADO en que no se deposite en la unidad transceptora materiales como cemento arena cal que puedan perjudicar su utilizaci n y seguridad Si se presentase un mal funcionamiento partes dafiadas y aver as HAY QUE PONER

MANTENIMIENTO ORDINARIO Las siguientes instrucciones permiten mantener el telemando en perfectas condicio nes garantizando un funcionamiento seguro y correcto durante un largo per odo Aplicaciones espec ficas podr an requerir intervenciones de mantenimiento ordinario m s espec ficas y con una duraci n diversa Estas instrucciones no sustituyen en ning n caso las normas y las leyes de seguridad laboral ni limitan la responsabilidad del comprador o del usuario del telemando Todas las instrucciones indicadas se deben realizarse durante las puestas en funcionamiento de la m quina y del telemando Mantenimiento diario 1 quitar el polvo o acumulaciones de otro material de la unidad transceptora para lim piar no usar nunca disolventes o productos inflamables corrosivos ni utilizar hidrolim piadoras alta presi n o aparatos de vapor 2 guardar la unidad transceptora en sitios limpios y secos 3 comprobar que las juntas los fuelles y los caperuzas de los joystick selectores y pulsadores sean ntegros blandos y el sticos 4 comprobar que el alojamiento y los contactos de la bater a est n siempre limpios 5 comprobar que la unidad transceptora sea estructuralmente ntegra 6 comprobar que los s mbolos del panel sean visibles y como ltimo recurso sustituir dicho panel 7 comprobar la legibilidad y la integridad de la placa identificativa 8 comprobar la eficacia del pulsador de STOP antes de empezar a trabajar Mantenimiento se
