1. 13 gemeinsam A Es ist immer darauf zu achten dass die zwei DIN Stecker nicht miteinander verwechselt werden auch wenn der Polschl ssel auf dem Stromstecker und die drei unterschiedlichen Farben eine Verwechslung unwahrscheinlich machen Niemals versuchen einen Stecker unter Kraftanwendung einzustecken falls ein Stecker nicht ohne weiteres passt ist gegebenenfalls nochmals zu pr fen ob es sich um den richtigen Anschluss handelt Die DIN Stecker 43650 sind mit der Schutzart IP65 gekennzeichnet gesetzt den Fall sie wurden ordnungsgem installiert Insbesondere sind die folgenden Hinweise zu beachten Vor jedem Eingriff an den Steckern Einstecken Herausziehen ffnen der Schutzabdeckung sicherzustellen dass die Stromversorgung unterbrochen wurde Die in den Kondensatoren befindliche elektrische Ladung entl dt sich in wenigen Sekunden Das elektropneumatische Steuerger t muss immer ber die Klemmen am DIN Stecker f r die Stromversorgung geerdet werden REV Ol KQK lt 10 s Die Anschlusskabel m ssen im Verh ltnis zum Kabeldurchgang PG9 am Eingang sowie den verwendeten Steckern den richtigen Durchmesser dh 6 8 mm besitzen Die Dr hte des Kabels m ssen ordnungsgem in die Schraubklemmen eingef hrt und anhand der entsprechenden Schrauben des Steckers befestigt werden Sicherstellen dass das f r die Erdung vorgesehene und mit einem entsprechenden Symbol gekennzeichnete Kabel immer ordnung

A Fare sempre molta attenzione a non scambiare i due connettori DIN anche se la chiavetta di polarizzazione sul connettore di alimentazione impedisce inserzioni pericolose e il diverso colore aiuta a non confonderli Non tentare mai di inserire a forza un connettore se richiede uno sforzo eccessivo bene rinunciare ed esaminare con cura la correttezza della connessione I connettori DIN 43650 sono specificati per offrire una prote zione IP65 purch siano correttamente installati In particolare occorre seguire le raccomandazioni seguenti Prima di ogni manovra sui connettori inserzione estrazione apertura della calotta occorre disinserire la tensione di alimenta zione La carica elettrica immagazzinata nei condensatori interni del circuito si esaurisce in pochi secondi lt 10s I cavi di connessione devono essere di diametro compatibile con il passacavo PG9 di ingresso dei connettori usati cio con diame tro di 6 8 mm I fili del cavo devono essere ben inseriti e serrati nei morsetti a vite interni del connettore Assicurarsi sempre di aver collegato a terra il cavo previsto a questo scopo e contraddistinto dall apposito simbolo Internamente questo cavo risulta collegato ai corpi di ottone delle elettrovalvole che sporgono sull altro lato dell apparecchio necessario installare sempre la gomma di tenuta di forma quadrata fra il fondo del connettore DIN e la superficie del coper chio dell apparecchio
