Frei zug ngliche Saug und Druckstutzen m ssen mit einem entsprechenden Schutz z B Drahtgitter gesichert werden Vor dem Einschalten ist zu berpr fen ob alle Schutzvorrichtungen und Reini gungsklappen ordnungsgem angebracht sind Nach entsprechender Elektromontage sind die Drehrichtung und die eingesetzten Schutzma nahmen zu berpr fen Hei gasventilatoren mit Betriebstemperaturen ber 100 C d rfen nicht unter der halben Betriebsdrehzahl betrieben werden Beim Abschalten der Anlage m ssen diese Ventilatoren so lange nachlaufen bis die Temperatur kleiner als 100 C ist Bei Hei gasventilatoren muss bei Ausfall der Energieversorgung das Nachstr men von hei en Gasen verhindert oder durch nat rliche Bel ftung die Tempera tur auf 100 C gesenkt werden Wenn das nicht m glich ist muss die Betriebssi cherheit vor Inbetriebnahme berpr ft werden Bei Ausfall der Energieversorgung darf keine Gef hrdungssituation entstehen Dies gilt insbesondere f r Ventilatoren die gef hrliche Stoffe transportieren Bez glich der zul ssigen Oberfl chentemperaturen sind die g ltigen Normen und Vorschriften zu beachten Gegebenenfalls sind bauseits konstruktive Ma nah men wie z B Geh used mmungen vorzusehen bzw Warnschilder anzubrin gen Die Gef hrdung durch L rm ist zu beachten und geeignete Schutzma nahmen zu treffen VENTA BA de Seite 4 VENTA Luft u Warmetechnik GmbH Postfach 40 01 89 D 74510 Schw bisch H
3. 0 791 93034 24 Der Ventilator ist beim Transport gegen Umkippen und Verschieben zu sichern Die vorhandenen Paletten oder Transportgestelle sind vor Ort durch den verantwortli chen Spediteur Kranfahrer und Gabelstaplerfahrer auf Ihre Tragf higkeit zu pr fen und in der Lage zu sichern Hartes verkantetes Absetzen kann zu Sch den am Ventilator f hren Ersatz oder Garantieanspr che aufgrund unzul nglicher Transportmittel oder durch unsachgem e Transportmethoden werden nicht anerkannt 6 2 Anlieferung Die Ventilatoren werden berwiegend als vormontiertes Aggregat zuz glich evtl mitbestellter loser Zubeh rteile geliefert berpr fen Sie bitte anhand der Lieferpapiere ob die Lieferung fehlerfrei CSS und vollst ndig ist Etwaige Beanstandungen sind umgehend dem Hersteller zu melden 6 3 Lagerung Diese Empfehlungen sind werterhaltende Ma nahmen f r den Zeitraum in dem der Ventilator au er Betrieb ist Die Intervalle und Art der Ma nahmen m ssen entspre chend den Einlagerungsbedingungen vom Betreiber festgelegt werden Es sind auch die Bedienungsanleitungen anderer Hersteller Motor Kupplung etc zu beachten 6 3 1 Lagerort Der Lagerort sollte trocken ersch tterungs und staubfrei sein Die relative Luft feuchtigkeit sollte unter 60 liegen Die empfohlene Lagertemperatur betr gt 20 bis 40 C 6 3 2 Ma nahmen zur Einlagerung Dauert die Einlagerung nach einem l ngeren Betrieb
