2. 100 XT 2 INSTALLATIONSANLEITUNG 2 30 Achtung Achtung Achtung Tipp Das konzentrische System wird wie folgt eingebaut Bauen Sie das System vom Ger t beziehungsweise dessen Anschluss Stutzen an auf Die konzentrischen Rohrabschnitte und je nach Bedarf auch die Bogen anschlie en Alle Verbindungen mit einem Klemmband mit Silicon Dichtungsring versehen Das Klemmband mittels einer Selbstbohrschraube am Rohr befestigen und zwar an Stellen die nach der Installation unerreichbar sind Hinreichend viele B gel anbringen so dass die Rohre nicht mit ihrem Gewicht auf dem Ger t ruhen Die verbleibende L nge f r die Windschutzeinrichtung bestimmen Die Windschutzeinrichtung nach Ma anfertigen Darauf achten dass die richtige Einschubl nge erhalten bleibt Die Windschutzeinrichtung an die konzentrischen Rohre anschlie en Achten Sie auf einen guten Anschluss zwischen der Universal Dachpfanne und den umliegenden Dachpfannen Achten Sie auf einen guten Anschluss der Klebeplatte auf dem Flachdach 6 5 4 Anschluss an ein bestehendes Schornsteinrohr Sie k nnen das Ger t an ein bestehendes Schornsteinrohr anschlie en In den Schornstein wird ein flexibles Edelstahlrohr zur Abfuhr der Abgase eingesetzt Der Platz darum herum dient der Verbrennungsluftzuleitung Beim Anschluss an ein bestehendes Schornsteinrohr gelten die folgenden Voraussetzungen nu

Den Empf nger 3 einbauen Einzelheiten zu den Anschl ssen sind dem Absatz 7 1 zu entnehmen Das Ger teschild 6 anbringen Den Au enrahmen mit T r 4 mit 2 Innensechskantschrauben am Innenrahmen 5 befestigen Den Au enrahmen k nnen Sie je nach Wunsch so einbauen dass die T r entweder links oder rechtsdrehend ist 6 8 Justierung des Ger ts Das Ger t muss so eingestellt werden dass es in Kombination mit dem konzentrischen System gut funktioniert Dazu wird eventuell ein Drosselschieber eingebaut Die Voraussetzungen f r die Anwendung mit Windschutzein richtung an der Au enwand sind dem Absatz 6 5 2 1 zu entnehmen die Voraussetzungen f r die Anwendung mit Windschutzeinrichtung ber Dach werden im Absatz 6 5 3 1 besprochen 6 8 1 Drosselschieber R Der Drosselschieber R wird lose mitgeliefert siehe Abb 9 Dieser wird wie folgt eingebaut siehe Abb 10 Die sechs Selbstbohrschrauben 5 von der mittleren Platte T l sen Diese Platte entfernen Den Drosselschieber einsetzen Den Drosseldistanz anhand der mitgelieferten Schablone siehe Abb 11 einstellen Den Drosselschieber mithilfe der Innensechskantschraube U befestigen Die mittlere Platte wieder einsetzen 6 9 Einsetzen des Holzrahmens des Kieselrahmens Das Ger t wird mit einem Holzrahmen oder einem Kieselrahmen geliefert Das Vermiculit mit dem der Brennerbeh lter gef llt wird ist beim Holzrahmen schwarz und beim Kieselrahmen naturell gef r

Hauptbrenner z ndet nicht ordentlich was potenzielle Gefahrensituationen zur Folge haben kann Das Flammenbild wird gest rt 6 10 Scheiben Beim Aus und Einbauen ist Vorsicht geboten um die Scheiben nicht zu besch digen Fingerabdr cke auf den Scheiben sind zu vermeiden beziehungweise m ssen entfernt werden da diese andernfalls einbrennen 6 10 1 Vorderscheibe Nach dem Einsetzen des Holz Kieselrahmens kann die Vorderscheibe gem der nachstehenden Beschreibung eingesetzt werden 6 10 1 1 Ausbau der Vorderscheibe Beim Ausbau der Vorderscheibe geht man wie folgt vor siehe Abb 20a bis 207 Die vertikalen Zierleisten entfernen indem man sie erst oben abzieht dann gleichm ig an der Scheibe kippt und schlie lich auch unten l st Die U f rmige horizontale Zierleiste entfernen indem man sie mit beiden H nden an der Rille anfasst und heraushebt Die f nf Selbstbohrschrauben aus der unteren Glasleiste mithilfe des mitgelieferten Steckschl ssels um zwei Umdre hungen losdrehen Drehen Sie die Selbstbohrschrauben nicht heraus sondern lassen Sie sie in der unteren Glasleiste stecken Drehen Sie die 5 Selbstbohrschrauben mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten Steckschl ssels aus der oberen Glasleiste Die oberste Glasleiste herausnehmen Die Scheibe an der Oberseite leicht nach vorn kippen Die Scheibe an beiden Seiten festhalten Die Scheibe anheben und an der Unterseite nach vorn kippen Die Scheibe herausnehmen 6 10

Nutzung erforderlich Die vorliegenden Anweisungen dienen dem Schutz vor Br nden K rperverletzungen beziehungsweise anderen schweren Sch den Nach der bergabe sind Sie verpflichtet die Bedienungsanleitung sowie die vorliegende Installationsanleitung dem Benutzer zu berreichen Metro 100 XT 2 ist ein raumluft unabh ngig betriebenes Gasheizger t Diese Version des Metro 100 XT 2 ist f r Propangas geeignet F r den sicheren Betrieb ist das Ger t mit einem zwei ten Thermoelement ausgestattet das auf den Hauptbrenner montiert ist Raumluftunabh ngig betriebene Ger te entziehen dem Wohnraum keine Verbrennungsluft sondern entziehen diese der Au enluft Dazu dient eine kombinierte Abgasab und Verbrennungsluftzuf hrung In diesem konzentrischen System dient das u ere Rohr als Luftzuf hrung und das innere Rohr ist das Abgasrohr Das konzentrische System kann m nden in einer Windschutzeinrichtung an der Au enwand oder ber Dach Diese Ger te sind f r den Einbau in einen Kaminumbau konzipiert DRU bietet eine Reihe geeigneter Kaminumbau ten an Um eine gute W rmeableitung zu gew hrleisten muss der Kaminumbau ventiliert werden bietet eine Aus wahl geeigneter L ftungselemente an Die Justierh he des Ger tes kann mit Hilfe von Verl ngerungsst tzen die bei DRU erh ltlich sind erh ht werden Mit den Ger ten wird eine drahtlose batteriebetriebene Fernbedienung mitgeliefert 2 CE Erkl rung Hiermit erkl

Seitenscheibe Beim Einbau der Seitenscheibe geht man gem der vorstehenden Beschreibung vor jedoch in umgekehrter Rei henfolge Die Selbstbohrschrauben nicht zu stark festziehen damit sie nicht abbrechen beziehungsweise durchdrehen fest fest Die drahtlose Fernbedienung Das Ger t wird mit einer drahtlosen Fernbedienung geliefert Die Z ndung das Einregeln der Flammenh he sowie das Ausschalten werden ber die Fernbedienung gelenkt die wiederum einen Empf nger im Schaltkasten ansteuert In der Bedienungsanleitung Kapitel 4 mit dem Titel Drahtlose Fernbedienung wird die Bedienung des Ger ts einschlie lich der Funktion der Fernbedienung beschrieben Das Ger t darf erst dann gez ndet werden wenn es fertig installiert ist Der Anschluss des Empf ngers wird nachstehend erl utert 7 1 Empf nger Der Empf nger muss an das Ger t angeschlossen werden bevor man die Batterien einsetzt Dabei geht man wie folgt vor siehe Abb 21 Den braunen Stecker des Anschlusskabels an dem Empf nger anschlie en siehe Abb 21 Pfeil F Den wei en Stecker an den Gasregelblock anschlie en Die Stecker haben verschiedene Gr en die mit den Steckdosen korrespondieren Die Kabel des Thermoelements 1 an den Empf nger anschlie en siehe Abb 21 Pfeile Die Gr e der se entspricht der Schraubengr e se und Schraube haben auch die gleiche Farbe Den schwarzen Draht mit dem wei en Stecker von Thermoelement

15. and the walls and or the ceiling If the system is built in for instance a cove it should be made with non combustible material all around it Use heat resistant insulation material when passing through combustible material The rosette mounting inner plate of the wall terminal is too small to seal the 0 250 mm opening when passing through combustible material That is why you should first apply a sufficiently large heat resistant intermediate plate to the wall Then the rosette is mounted on the intermediate plate Some heat resistant insulation materials contain volatile components that will spread an unpleasant smell for a pro longed time these are not suitable Place the concentric system as follows Build the system up from the connection stump of the appliance Connect the concentric pipe pieces and the bend On each connection apply a clip binding with silicon sealing ring Use a self tapping screw to fix the clip binding to the pipe on locations that cannot be reached after installation Apply sufficient clamps so that the weight of the pipes does not rest on the appliance Determine the remaining length of the wall terminal Make sure the wall terminal has the right dimensions Make sure that the right insertion length is maintained Place the wall terminal with the groove folded seam at the top Make sure the horizontal concentric pipe pieces are sloping towards the wall terminal in order to prevent rain wate
