1. PC Phone for WEB provides functionality to send and receive instant messages to and from your contacts Client requirements In order to use PC Phone for WEB your workstation must meet the following requirements Screen size of 1024 x 768 When using a smaller screen users should set the browser to Full Screen mode to properly view the GUI e Equipped with one of the following web browsers e Google Chrome e Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 e Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 e Mozilla Firefox Page 5 Media Plugins In order to use PC Phone for WEB to send and receive calls you need to download a valid media plugin Introduction If a media plugin is not installed a message similar to the following will display iy Favorites 94 Employee Remote Access PC Phone for Web gt Bly Gl hy Pager Safetyy Tooky y ANelo PC Phone for Web A A A Connected AAN Contacts Media Not Found Can not find valid audio video source Click Dow to download the Media Plugin or Cancel t ec functionality Once the download is completed execute ca the file to launch the installer then restart your browser D History Download Cancel Contacts Friends Director p Messaging t Routes Management Internet Protected Mode On f y 100 v After the installation of the media plugin is completed the pop up message will disappear 2 GUI framework The figure below shows the template for the PC
