The entire BH1202 xml file will be rejected if this requirement is not met 2 3 2 The creation_date_time element value must be greater than all of the previously submitted BH1202 xml file s creation_date_time element values This requirement is in place to ensure that you submit your BH1202 xml files in the proper sequence for example January February March The entire BH1202 xml file will be rejected if this requirement is not met 2 3 3 The creation_date_time element value must not be in the future The entire BH1202 xml file will be rejected if this requirement is not met 2 3 4 The first organization transaction in your BH1202 xml file must contain the ROH information provider organization details The organization that is registered in the ROH program as the legitimate provider of ROH information on behalf of itself and or other organizations via the BH1202 xml file reporting method The entire BH1202 xml file will be rejected if this requirement is not met 2 3 5 The first cra_account_number element instance value in your BH1202 xml file must be the same as the CRA Account Number value of the organization that is registered in the ROH program as the legitimate ROH information provider of this BH1202 xml file Important note If your organization s ROH information provider CRA_account_number changes notify us see Chapter 6 section 2 Contact Us before submitting your next file We ne
