5. and readings higher in Mcal In other words reading 2900 means 2900 kcal and 3 20 equals 3200 kcal 5 2 Yesterdays calorie expenditure This mode shows the over all calorie expenditure of yesterday The arrow on the right side of the display indicates if yesterday s activity level has been higher arrow up lower arrow down or about same arrow linear that your average activity level last 7 days 5 3 Changes in the expenditure of last 7 days CAL 7d This mode more detailed shows the change in your calorie expenditure compared to 7 days average The arrow on the right side of the display indicates the direction of the change The reading of the display shows the changes in the expenditure in percentage When the arrow points up and you get the reading 1 20 it means that you have expended 20 more calories than in average the last seven days When the Arrow points down and the read ing 0 79 means that you have used 21 less calories than in average the last 7 days In other words the calorie expenditure is 79 of the average for last 7 days The measuring of calorie expenditure is based on the average expenditure of a normal per son which varies from person to person The result is also affected by how tight you fasten the watch on your wrist If the watch is loosely on your wrist it measures a lower expenditure than you actually have To get the most accurate reading always wear the watch in the same way and follow the changes compar

13. lumn at a time and shows movement activity from the last night between 18 00 12 00 o clock During the drawing the display shows which hours activity it concerns When the entire picture has been drawn the display shows the total time of sleep last night At 8 00 every morning when the picture will be up dated you can see the histogram and your sleep hours from last night In the night before 8 00 in the morning your sleep time and histogram are therefore from the night before The watch measures your wrist movements It will detect that you sleep when there is only very little movements for long enough time Because of this it is possible to count an estimate of your sleep time The height of the columns on the display describes your sleep If you have slept for an entire hour there will not be a visible column Therefore a continuous good sleep of 8 hours will show as blank period in the histogram Short awakenings might not show in the display because the column height describes the average movement The arrow on the right side of the Histogram indicates if your sleep time is longer arrow up shorter arrow down or about same arrow linear than your average sleep time during the last four weeks Because the sleep time calculation is based on the movement measurement the displayed sleep length might not totally reflect your own observation of sleep If you in the evening for instance very peacefully watch TV the watch might count this as
