1. A measuring system functionality is normally tested by the methods described in Measurement oystem Analysis MSA published by a working group consisting of the Chrysler GM Three operators are measuring 10 parts three times a total of 90 measurements and the result is presented in a table A simplified variant consisting of two operators that measure 10 parts twice is also common If the test is carried out in a automat loaded fixture the part is entered in measuring position by the fixture and measurement results are automatically registered there is no influence from a operator on the measurement results If you also use the same detail and the same measuring point the part influence on the equipment is minimized To further reduce the impact of the part its surface should be smooth Using the master as the detail can be recommended Under these conditions the variations in the measuring values arise from the measurement system File Analyze Customize Help Limit OK of Interval witch includes Show id Step 10 9900 vw v Meas Name V Show Meas On Off er z tt 3 Abs Tolerance width of all measurements V Tolerances V XBar S Rel Hepetition Test rs E nn Reset Save XClose N MaxMin Diff Number of dec 0001 vi Date 15 05 19 M1 M mm Width 1 Width 2 Total Width 2 M3 Repeatability j j 4 S 5 15 Tol width 0 0 0 Aes anger 4 6 96 78 43 4 0 0003 0 0012 0 0009 S 0
