1. 43 EC Watchdog Timer sample code ccceceeeeeeeeeceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeenaneeees 44 General Introduction This chapter gives background information on ARK 2121 series 1 1 Introduction ARK 2121 an intelligent fanless embedded system powered by Intel Celeron J1900 Quad Core low power processor with multiple I O interface The new genera tion Intel Celeron processor brings 30096 improvement on processing power and 30096 on graphics performance than previous generation Intel Atom processors These low power platforms provide energy efficient and environmentally responsible solutions and serve applications targeted at factory automation machine automa tion kiosks and self service applications and they operate reliably in 20 70 C environments Rugged amp Multifunctional Design ARK 2121 is powered by Intel Celeron J1900 2 0GHz Quad core processors in an Advantech rugged design embedded box PC All models are fanless and high light various quality features including wide input power supplies from 9 36VDC wide temperature range 20 70 C diverse expandability options and structural strengthening ARK 2121L enlarges the surface of the top cover and conductive cyl inder to create maximum cooling effects for optimized cooling efficiency It also pro vides rich I O interfaces up to 4 x USB 2 x GbE 4 x COM and supports high capacity 2 5 HDD up to 1 TB The RS 232 422 485 COM port mode can ea2.
