6. e online To verify that an authorized dealer installed your system we highly recommend that you keep a copy of the original proof of purchase such as the dealer invoice in a safe place 3 ByFirstech LLC AR 600R 12 04 2012 59 7 18 PM 1 4 5 D E ee 600R 700R Applicable to the Following control modules Removing System Out of Valet CM 600 CM 600AS CM 1300 Tap the 8 9 lt for a half second to remove the system out of Valet On starter and alarm starter systems you can turn the key to the Ignition On position and tap the foot brake 10 times This will take the system out of Valet Mode Quick Reference S Remote Maintenance Battery Replacement The only regular maintenance this system requires is remote control battery replacement No programming is required when replacing the rane Valet Mode ANNU battery When servicing or loaning your vehicle to others your remote start system should be placed in Valet mode Valet mode prevents the system from One Way Remotes 600R 700R remote starting and disables all alarm functions First remove the small Phillips screw located on the back of the remote Once the screw has been removed gently pull the remote apart being careful to not touch IMPORTANT While in Valet mode the remote start will not activate the circuit board The 600R and 700R requires one A23 battery These specialty batteries can be purchased from your local Firstech dealer or an electronics
