1. After the warm up time and before starting the waxing operation you should check the wax temperature by means of the digital thermometer REF 65002 Put the impression onto the immersion sieve immerse the impression into the wax and finally remove it again After a short cooling time you can take out the waxed impressions of the sieve Melting of duplicating gel for the manufacturing of negative molds The container is adequately filled with duplicating gel REF 40900 TIP For a fast and gentle melting we recommend reducing the duplicating gel into small pieces Switch on the device with the controlling thermostat to adjust the required temperature Slowly warm up the dupli cating gel up to 93 C 199 F and regularly check the temperature with the digital ther mometer REF 65002 Please take care that the duplicating gel does not overheat After melting homogeneously the duplicating gel it is cooled down by reducing the temperature at the controlling thermostat down to 45 C 48 C 113 F 116 6 F As soon as the duplicating gel has reached its temperature it can be filled into the invest ment form Please also adhere to the processing instructions for the duplicating gel Refill or exchange of the immersion wax or duplicating gel It may occur that the level of the immersion wax or gel becomes lower in the course of time Bear in mind to have a sufficient amount of immersion wax and or gel on stock You can al ways t
2. technology and is easy to use For the temperature control of the immersion wax and or the duplicating gel we recom mend the digital thermometer REF 65002 as well as the appropriate support REF 65007 In addition to that we would also recommend the dipping sieve REF 65004 to immerse and remove the impressions in a comfortable way Safety regulations The electrical immersion unit and duplicating device is used to heat up dip ping waxes and or duplicating gel A use other than described in the operat ing instructions may lead to injuries of the operator or of third persons Fur thermore the device or other material assets may be damaged Therefore the device must be used in technically perfect condition only and the safety regulations must be strictly complied with Usage according to the regulations Protect the unit from dust Use the unit on dry working places only Qualified and trained persons must use the device only Use the unit in perfect conditions only Before putting the device into operation the user has to read the oper ating instructions and ask the manufacturer in case of questions Connect the device to permissible sockets only e Please adhere to the accepted safety regulations e Before switching on the unit make sure that the container is filled with immersion wax or duplicating gel please also adhere to the processing manual for each material to be worked with e Do not pull the
