3. ing of limit switch positions option Setting of limit switch positions Factory setting 1 Turn off power to actuator The factory setting of the limit switch 2 Remove rubber plug covering the adjustment screws positions are max extended length 3 To shorten the extend length and min retracted length turn extend screw ClockWise CW each turn about 23 mm 4 To lengthen the rectract length EXTEND RETRACT turn retract screw CounterClockWise CCW each turn about 23 mm 4 D Reset of limit switch positions to factory setting if actuator stalls D 1 Turn off power to actuator 2 To set extend limit switch position e Turn extend screw CW until increased torque is felt Turn extend screw CCW for 15 turns e Turn on power to actuator and extend until actuator stalls Turn off e Turn extend screw CW until increased torque is felt Turn extend screw CCW 0 75 turn AO THa ae 3 To set retract limit svvitch position SEO a O e Turn retract screw CCW until increased torque is felt Turn retract screw CW for 15 turns EXTEND RETRACT e Turn on power to actuator and retract until actuator stalls Turn off e Turn retract screw CCW until increased torque is felt e Turn retract screw CW 3 25 turns 4 Run actuator in both directions to ensure proper operation CAUTION Always turn the power off before working on the actuator or the wiring Technical data I om
