7. e Generators s Abb 5 empfehlen wir die Toleranzklasse R 2 7 1 Herstellung des Adapterflansches Wir empfehlen bei der Produktion des Adapterflansches die Einhaltung der Abmessungen und Toleranzen gem Abb 2 und Tabelle 1 Zur Erzielung der angege benen Werte f r Koaxialit t und Planlauf sollten die motor und getriebeseitigen Zentrierfl chen siehe Abb 2 Fl chen B und C unbedingt in einer einzigen Aufspannung gedreht werden Alle Bohrungen und Gewindebohrungen m ssen mit Fasen versehen sein HDUC 1U CC Series Gearboxes 2 7 Recommended input shaft tolerances motor shaft The accuracy of the gear HDUC 1U CC is among others dependent on the gear input shaft tolerances motor shaft and the input flange adaptor flange for the motor at the customer The input motor shaft and flange tolerances should ful fil the DIN 42955 standard To utilize the excellent pro perties of the gears to their fullest extent we recommend the use of the R tolerance class We also recommend the R tolerance class when the gear features a solid Wave Generator without Oldham Coupling see Fig 5 2 7 1 Manufacturing of the adaptor flange For the manufacturing of the adaptor flange we recom mend the dimensions and tolerances given in Fig 2 and Table 1 To achieve the given value f
