27. sh rten an der Gleitringdichtung zu verhindern empfiehlt es sich die F rderfl ssigkeit in Zirkulation zu halten Entfernen Sie hierzu die Verschlussschraube und schlie en Sie eine Zirkulationsleitung mit Absperrhahn am Zirkulations anschluss Bild 8 an Stellen Sie ber den Absperrhahn den erforderlichen Zirkulationsstrom ein 6 Wartung 6 1 Reinigung Nach dem F rdern von aggressiven klebenden auskristal lisierenden oder verschmutzten Fl ssigkeiten ist die Pumpe besonders vor l ngeren Stillstandzeiten zu entleeren zu sp len und gegebenenfalls zu reinigen Dabei ist die Funktion der Gleit ringdichtung und der Gelenklabdichtungen zu kontrollieren Gehen Sie dazu folgenderma en vor e Verschlie en Sie den Pumpenauslass und die Zirkulations leitung mit einem Kugelhahn oder einem Ventil e Beim Pumpentyp B70V HD k nnen Sie die Pumpe durch Umkehr der Drehrichtung entleeren e Stellen Sie die Pumpe in einen Beh lter mit Reinigungsfl s sigkeit e ffnen Sie die Zirkulationsleitung e Schalten Sie die Pumpe in der zum F rderbetrieb notwen digen Drehrichtung ein und lassen Sie Reinigungsfl ssigkeit zirkulieren Bild 9 Diese Ma nahmen sind ausreichend um die Funktion der Pumpe aufrecht zu erhalten Wenn sie in einem anderen For dermedium eingesetzt werden soll empfehlen wir die Pumpe wie nachfolgend beschrieben zu ffnen und zu reinigen e L sen Sie die berwurfmutter ber dem Pumpena
