OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PILOTS WILL BE PRESENT AT THE AIR SHOW AIR DISPLAY FLY PARTY 2015 27 28 JUNE 2015 The event organizers together with aeronautical professionals established the below rules to comply with the maximum flight safety possible during the Montagnana airfield aviation activities of the 27 28 of June One of the basics aspects is to ensure regular and consistent aircrafts arrivals and departures in well defined time slots to avoid uncontrolled and dangerous gathering of aircrafts in the traffic pattern This is why the organization takes care of an important coordination work with the pilots involved in the event We are asking to all of you a full cooperation and understanding together a strict respect of the procedures and standards with a single purpose ENSURE THE SAFETY TO EVERYBODY NO RADIO AIRCRAFTS ARE NOT ALLOWED All participants are required to carefully follow arrival and departing times stated in the flight program authorized by the Italian Aeroclub ARRIVAL TIMES Saturday 27 of june is a day for arrivals and test flights there will be no restrictions although we expect the maximum cooperation by the arrival pilots Sunday 28 arrival deadline is 10 30 LT To help pilots coming from far away we ll have an additional landing window from 12 30 LT to 13 30 LT NOTE Sunday 28 will not be any exception outside the stated landing times DEPARTURE TIMES Pag 1
