3. nator has reached the correct temperature This may take up to 15 minutes When selecting a higher temperature with the temperature adjustor the ready indicator will temporarily go off whilst heating up When the desired temperature is reached the ready indicator will light again Now it is ready to laminate items that require a higher temperature COLD LAMINATING THE REASON FOR COLD LAMINATING Cold laminating is for protecting materials that might be damaged by heat such as photographs and print outs from ink jet prints HOW IT WORKS Cold laminating pouches use pressure to laminate your heat sensitive documents Pressure is used to cause an adhesive to bind the laminating material to the item being laminated 1 It is recommended to carry out the cold lamination before hot lamination to avoid waiting for the system to cool down Use a special Lamicold film for cold lamination Turn the temperature button to COLD Position the document to be laminated within the film turn the button to ON Your document comes out of the back of the laminated machine Laminated documents can be trimmed to size if required ole a LAMINATING Sealed Side 1 Before laminating make sure to leave at least 3 5mm space PIE 3 at the edges of the laminating pouch see fig 3 amp 4 Make sure that it is not crooked Send the sealed side of the laminating pouch into the entrance of laminating machine A carrier sheet is not required when
