CCLF User Guide for Providers Getting Started Logging Into CCLF CCLF is accessed from a portal called LAA Online 1 Click on the following link to access the LAA Online portal or copy and paste the link into your Internet browser https Isconline legalservices gov uk 2 This is the LAA Online login screen Enter your User Name and Password note that the password field is case sensitive These should have been provided to you by email Please contact LAA Online Support if you have not received these To sign in to the LSC Online Portal please enter your User Name and Passwor By logging in to this Portal y T amp you accept the Terms amp Conditions J Trusted sites A 100 g Stirt LES B inbox Microsoft Out LSC Intranet Tools LSC Portal Sign In Ty Document Microsof Note there is also a link available to request your password if you have forgotten it Your password will be reset and a new one will be emailed to you 3 Click OK to login to LAA Online Page 7 of 78 CCLF User Guide for Providers Passwords The first time you login you will be asked to change your password You will be directed to the Change Password screen NVhIaniyo r avoarvvinu Error You must change your password before you can continue Change Password Enter your old password and a new password Confirm your new password to make sure you entered it correctly User Name patelr Old P
