1. lee fe Cambridge Cancer Medicine Online Eeid I The CCMO contouring tool allows the user to create up to five contours on multiple image slices The contours are separate structures on isolated screen shots unlike clinical contouring software There is no relationship between contours of the same colour on different image slices D e To create a contour activate the S button e Select a contour number in the dropdown box To delete a contour activate the button Select the relevant contour number in the drop e Left click on the image around the region of down box interest e Only the contour on the slice you are viewing e To close the contour click on the starting will be erased square p a To zoom an image activate the button Drag the slider bar to the required position e To adjust the contrast activate the g button e Drag the slider bar to the required position Contrast 3 Zoom 164 y p SE ee e The contrast setting will apply to all the im The setting will apply to all the images ages e Use the sliders at the bottom and to the right to reposition the image Page 1 Slice 3of 6 E E e The slice indicator indicates the number of images in the exercise and the current image e Use the slice indicator to scroll through the slices e Alternatively you can scroll through the slices using the mouse wheel e The active contour will remain high2. lighted as you scroll through the images e Select this button to view a sagittal image e Select this button to compare your outlines with reference lines showing the position and with the reference contours orientation of the axial images e Scroll to view the reference contours e This option is not available in some exercises e The most inferior reference contour will be displayed initially Reset m e Select this button to delete all the contours e The Help box can be displayed during contour and start again ing e To move the open Help box out of the way left click on the box and drag Page 2
