AA Power In terminal Check Mains Supply AA Call S amp S if Mains present and no Power LED Call S amp S CT1000GD Troubleshooting Flow Chart No 40VAC on th block Yes Check all key switches plug in pushed in properly Check onboard fuse Check grey flat cable If still no 12VDC out disconnect all wires from terminal blocks but Power In 12DC out on terminal block Reconnect wires one by one to identify the problem 12DC out on terminal block Connect Power Power LED _ Yes On check grey flat cable pushed in properly l Call S amp S if still no Power LED No Pressure Sensor wiring wrong or no gas supply Is voltage between and IN on pressure sensor input gt 2 34VDC l Turn the key switch On Yes Does unit report Test Fail Is 12VDC between and on pressure sensor input Faulty Gas Solenoid Gas leak Does unit report pressure low Gas pressure below 12mbar Pressure Sensor wiring wrong Gas Valve Open System OK Does unit report gas detected Does unit report EM Stop Yes Problem with Gas Detector wiring or missing link if detec2. tor not used Yes Check that any of the EM Stop Buttons are not activated and front EM Stop Button plugged into the PCB Problem with remote EM Stop wiring or missing link if remote EM Stop not used
