1. gt El aceite viejo debe ser eliminado de acuerdo a las normas y leyes vigentes CARGA Y PURGADO SUGERENCIA El sistema HYMEC ya deber a estar instalado en la motocicleta gt Colocar horizontalmente el cilindro maestro en el manillar y retirar la tapa con el fuelle gt Colocar el tubo flexible sobre la jeringa y llenar hasta la mitad con MAGURA Blood gt Colocar sobre la v lvula de purga y abrir la v lvula aprox 3 4 de vuelta gt Cargar la instalaci n s lo hasta el borde superior del recipiente de compensaci n del cilindro maestro gt Tirar ahora hacia atr s el mbolo de la jeringa hasta que el nivel de aceite en el recipiente descienda casi hasta el fondo En este caso sujetar en lo posible la jeringa hacia arriba IMPORTANTE El fondo a n debe estar cubierto con aceite en caso contrario se aspira aire gt Ahora volver a bombear aceite a la instalaci n Repetir este procedimiento 3 4 veces hasta que ya no suban m s burbujas a la jeringa gt Llenar la instalaci n hasta que el nivel de aceite en el dep sito est aprox 6mm del borde superior del recipiente de compensaci n Montar la tapa y el fuelle Par de apriete 1 6 Nm gt Cerrar la v lvula Par de apriete 1 6 Nm Retirar la jeringa y colocar el capuch n gt Accionar varias veces el embrague Si inmediatamente se genera presi n y si se dispone de suficiente carrera para separar el embrague la instalaci n est correctamente cargada PR
2. con MAGURA Blood gt Applicarlo sulla valvola di sfiato e aprire la valvola con 3 4 di giro circa gt Ora riempire l impianto fino al bordo superiore del serbatoio di compensazione del cilindro master gt Quindi tirare indietro il pistone della siringa fino a che il livello dell olio nel serbatoio scende quasi fino al fondo In tal caso tenere la siringa possibilmente verso l alto IMPORTANTE Il fondo deve essere ancora ricoperto d olio altrimenti viene aspirata aria gt Ora pompare nuovamente olio nell impianto Ripetere questa procedure 3 4 volte fino a che non si vedono pi bollicine salire nella siringa gt Riempire l impianto fino a che il livello dell olio nel serbatoio arriva a circa mm dallo spigolo superiore del serbatoio di compensazione Montare il coperchio e la membrana Coppia di serraggio 1 6 Nm gt Chiudere la valvola Coppia di serraggio 1 6 Nm Togliere la siringa e applicare il coperchio gt Azionare pi volte la frizione Se subito presente un aumento della pressione ed disponibile una corsa sufficiente per staccare la frizione l impianto riempito correttamente PROBLEMI gt Nessun aumento di pressione corsa insufficiente del cilindro ricevente CAUSA gt Aria nel sistema gt Gioco eccessivo 4 6mm del cilindro ricevente RIMEDIO gt Spurgare come descritto in riempimento e spurgo gt Regolare il gioco sul cilindro ricevente vedi HYMEC MANUAL vedi pagina 7

Utilisez exclusivement MAGURA Blood pour le remplissage et jamais du liquide de frein gt L huile usag e est liminer conform ment aux prescriptions et lois applicables REMPLISSAGE ET PURGE CONSEIL le syst me HYMEC doit au pr alable tre install sur la moto gt Placez le ma tre cylindre sur le guidon en position horizontale puis enlevez le couvercle avec le soufflet gt Glissez le flexible sur la seringue et remplissez la moiti de MAGURA Blood gt Placez la sur la soupape de purge puis ouvrez la soupape d environ 3 4 de tour gt Remplissez l installation jusqu au bord sup rieur du r servoir de compensation du ma tre cylindre gt Retirez ensuite le piston de la seringue en arri re jusqu ce que le niveau d huile dans le r servoir descende jusqu au fond Maintenez lors de cette op ration la seringue vers le haut IMPORTANT le fond doit rester couvert d huile sous peine d aspirer de l air gt Pompez nouveau l huile dans l installation R p tez cette proc dure 3 4 fois jusqu ce qu il n y ait plus de bulles d air qui remontent le long de la seringue gt Remplissez l installation jusqu ce que le niveau d huile dans le r servoir se situe a environ 6mm du bord sup rieur du r servoir de compensation Remettez le couvercle et le soufflet en place Couple de serrage 1 6 Nm gt Refermez la soupape Couple serrage 1 6 Nm Enlevez la seringue et
