4. e Order number Article number documentation SIL identification with SIL rating ex works 3 2 Principle of operation IPT 10 is a pressure transmitter for measurement of gauge pressure absolute pressure or vacuum Measured products are gases vapours and liquids Sensor element is the ceramic measuring cell with rugged ceramic diaphragm The process pressure causes a capacitance change in the measuring cell via the diaphragm This change is converted into an appropriate output signal and outputted as measured value The measuring cell is also equipped with a temperature sensor The temperature value can be displayed via the indicating and adjustment module or processed via the signal output Two wire electronics 4 20 mA for power supply and measured value transmission over the same cable The supply voltage range can differ depending on the instrument version The exact range is stated in chapter Technical data The background lighting of the indicating and adjustment module is powered by the sensor A certain level of operating voltage is required for this You can find the exact voltage specifications in chapter Technical data 3 3 Operation IPT 10 can be adjusted with different adjustment media e with indicating and adjustment module e the suitable WIKA DTM in conjunction with an adjustment software according to the FDT DTM standard e g PACTware and PC e with manufacturer specific adjustment programs AMS
