2. 9 Monter un nouveau rouleau de bande filtrante Mettez en place un nouveau rouleau de bande filtrante Faites attention au sens de d roulement ATTENTION Procurez vous les rouleaux de bande filtrante de rechange chez le fabricant de l installation de filtrage voir l adresse la page titre Vous assurerez ainsi la continuit et la constance des r sultats du filtrage 8 Empty and clean the filter unit Switch the filtering system OFF and allow all the liquid to flow back into the system Cut the filter media off and empty the dirt collector REMARK With regard to waste disposal please follow the regulations and recommendations of the environ mental protection authorities The media may be evacuated from the clean media tank from the top by means of a pump The clean media tank is rinsed with a jet of cleaning liquid REMARK For thorough cleaning the upper part of the filtering system may be lifted off However please take note of the mechanic and electric interfaces Suction off the rinsing liquid Restore the initial state after cleaning Fresh media may now be filled in Please follow the 13 items listed in the Commis sioning instructions 9 Install a new filter roll Install a new roll of filter material Notice the rolling off direction CAUTION Order the filter material from the manufac

Rappelez vous qu partir de maintenant le courant lectrique est branch 12A V rifier le sens de rotation du tambour magn tique D marrez le tambour en sou levant l interrupteur flotteur du filtre magn tique Le tamb our doit tourner en direction du racleur 12B V rifier le sens d avance de la bande filtrante D mar rez l avance en soulevant l in terrupteur flotteur La bande filtrante doit avancer en direc tion du collecteur de d chets Si la bande se d place dans le mauvais sens il faut inter vertir deux fils de l alimen tation lectrique externe 12C V rifier le sens de rotation de la pompe Mettez l instal lation de filtrage en marche pour quelques secondes Contr lez si la pompe tourne bien dans le sens indiqu par la fl che sur le bo tier du mo teur Si le moteur tourne dans le mauvais sens il faut inter vertir deux fils de l alimentati on lectrique externe REMARQUE Lors du c blage lusine du fabricant on a synchronis le sens d avance de la bande fil trante le sens de rotation du tambour magn tique et le sens de rotation de la pompe d ali mentation Cela veut dire qu ap r s connexion au r seau les moteurs tournent soit tous les trois dans le bon sens soit tous les trois dans le mauvais sens Dans le deuxi me cas il suffit d intervertir deux fils de l alimentation lectrique externe pour faire marcher aussi bien la rotation de la pompe et du tam
