2. e Bedienung der Maschine entsprechend der vorliegenden Betriebsanleitung Schleuniger CCM 1200 4 Personalqualifikationen Damit alle Instruktionen verstanden werden muss die Schulung in der Sprache des Bedienpersonals erfolgen Somit sind folgende Personalqualifikationen erforderlich Montage Inbetrieb Technische Fachkr fte welche englisch und oder deutsch sowie die nahme Instruktion Sprache des Bedienpersonals beherrschen Bedienung Gem ss 3 Verantwortlichkeiten geschulte Mitarbeiter Unterhalt Service Technische Fachkr fte welche englisch oder deutsch beherrschen 5 Gef hrdungsbereiche Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Gef hrdungsbereiche mit besonderer Vorsicht A Bereich der Rollen welche der Kabelf rderung dienen Bereich der Kabelschneidvorrichtung Schneidkopf Bereich des Kabelaustrittes muss stets freigehalten werden Besondere Vorsicht ist bei empfindlichen K rperteilen geboten z B Augen da das Kabel mit hoher Geschwindigkeit aus dem CCM 1200 austreten kann Gesamter Innenraum des CCM 1200 Gefahr durch elektrische Spannung bei Ber hrung Gefahr durch mechanisch bewegte Teile 6 Sicherheitsbestimmungen AN Die Maschine wurde gem ss der Europ ischen Norm EN294 f r Personen ber 14 Jahre ausgelegt Es ist strikte verboten j ngeren Personen Zutritt zu der Maschine zu gew hren Betreiben Sie die Maschine nie in explosions oder feuer
