5. durch hinzugezogenes Montagepersonal ist der Betreiber verantwortlich Die in dieser Betriebsanleitung enthaltenen Sicherheitshinweise sind mit Sicherheitszeichen nach DIN DIN 4844 besonders gekennzeichnet Sicherheitshinweis Bei Nichtbeachtung kann die Pumpe und deren Funktion beeintr chtigt werden Allgemeines Gefahrensymbol Personen k nnen gef hrdet werden A Warnung vor elektrischer Spannung Direkt auf der Anlage angebrachte Sicherheitshinweise m ssen unbedingt beachtet und in vollst ndig lesbarem Zustand gehalten werden 1 4 Sicherheitshinweise Gefahren bei Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise Die Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise kann folgende Gefahren nach sich ziehen z B Gef hrdung von Personen durch elektrische mechanische und chemische Einwirkungen Versagen wichtiger Funktionen der Pumpe oder Anlage Sicherheitshinweise f r den Betreiber Bediener In Abh ngigkeit der Betriebsbedingungen sind durch Verschlei Korrosion oder alterungsbedingt die Lebensdauer und damit die spezifizierten Eigenschaften begrenzt Der Betreiber hat daf r Sorge zu tragen dass durch regelm ige Kontrolle und Wartung alle Teile rechtzeitig ersetzt werden die einen sicheren Betrieb nicht mehr gew hrleisten Jede Beobachtung einer abnormalen Betriebsweise oder einer wahrnehmbaren Besch digung verbietet die weitere Benutzung Anlagen bei denen der Ausfall oder das Versagen zu Personen oder Sachsch

11. den nationalen Vorschriften zur Unfallverh tung sowie den allgemeinen Massnahmen im Bereich Gesundheits und Arbeitsschutz und der DIN 1986 f r die Installation von Hebeanlagen beachten Sie bitte die nachstehenden Hinweise e Die Anlage muss so installiert werden dass die Bedienungs und zu wartenden Elemente leicht zug nglich sind Achten Sie darauf dass gen gend Freiraum ca 50 cm zwischen dem seitlichen Zulauf und vorhandenen W nden besteht Montieren Sie in die Zulauf und Druckleitung einen Absperrschieber um bei einer Wartung oder eventuellen Demontage der Anlage die Arbeitsschritte zu erleichtern e Zur Vermeidung von Ablagerungen in der horizontalen Druckleitung muss die Leitung und die Anlage f r eine minimale Str mungsgeschwindigkeit von 0 7 m s ausgelegt sein bei vertikalen Leitungen mindestens 1 0 m s Der Zulauf kann ber einen WC Zulauf mit Dichtungsmanschette oder ber ein Abflussrohr DN 100 mit flexiblem Gewebeschlauch Stutzen erfolgen Der Sammelbeh lter besitzt einen zweistufigen Zulaufstutzen der auf das entsprechende Ma DN 100 Zulaufstutzen 107 mm WC Direktzulauf Stutzen 128 mm abgeschnitten werden muss ebenso wie bei Bedarf der vertikale Zulaufstutzen DN 50 e Die Druckleitung muss mindestens einen Durchmesser von R 1 besitzen und sollte nicht in engen B gen verlegt werden Die Leitung muss ber die R ckstauebene gef hrt werden d h sie muss stetig steigend ber di

16. eses Niveau und anschliessend in einer Schleife direkt zur Sammelleitung gef hrt werden Ein Einfrieren der Druckleitung ist auszuschliessen Es empfiehlt sich die komplette Druckleitung bis zur R ckstauebene ausreichend zu isolieren e Zur Vermeidung eines Kanalr ckstaus in den Sammelbeh lter ist der Einbau eines R ckflussverhinderers in die Druckleitung erforderlich F r die einwandfreie Funktionsf higkeit der Niveausteuerung zur Entleerung des Sammelbeh lters ist es unbedingt erforderlich den Druckschlauch zwischen Sammelbeh lter und Steuerger t knickfrei und stetig steigend ohne Schleife zu verlegen Weiterhin ist eine einwandfreie Entl ftung des Sammelbeh lters unbedingt erforderlich Das mitgelieferte angeschlossene Schaltger t ist in bereinstimmung mit den rtlichen Vorschriften an der Wand berflutungssicher zu befestigen 7 Inbetriebnahme Die Pumpe niemals l ngere Zeit trocken laufen lassen Uberhitzungsgefahr Vor der Inbetriebnahme der Anlage sind vorhandene Rohr schieber oder Absperrschieber zu ffnen Schalten Sie die Anlage ein indem Sie den Betriebs schalter in die Position ein bringen gr ne Diode am Schaltger t leuchtet Die Pumpe beginnt zu arbeiten sobald der Wasserstand im Sammelbeh lter das f r das Einschalten des Membran druckschalters der Steuerautomatik erforderliche Niveau erreicht hat Erreicht der Pegel das Ausschaltniveau schal tet die Pumpe ab Es i
17. eset Schalter Mit Hilfe diese Schalters k nnen Sie ein Testlauf der Pumpe durchf hren und die Nachlaufzeit ca 7 8 Sekunden berpr fen Die Nachlaufzeit stellt sicher dass sich keine Feststoffe an der Schneideinrichtung festsetzen wodurch ein Neustart der Pumpe verhindert wird Die farbigen Leuchtdioden LED haben folgende Bedeutung Gr ne LED Betrieb Leuchtet wenn die Pumpe arbeitet Rote Anzeige St rung Folgende Ursachen k nnen bewirken da die rote Anzeige aufleuchtet Der Temperaturf hler in der Wicklung hat den Motor wegen berhitzung abgeschaltet Nachdem sich der Motor abgek hlt hat erlischt die LED und die Anlage ist wieder betriebsbereit Der Saugmund der Pumpe ist blockiert wodurch der Thermoschalter ausgel st wurde Trennen Sie die Pumpe vom Stromnetz und entfernen Sie ggf Feststoffe aus dem Saugmund Der Schutzschalter l st aus weil der Motor blockiert ist Dr cken Sie den Test Reset Schalter Wenn die rote LED nicht erlischt senden Sie die Anlage bitte zur berpr fung ins Werk oder an einen Vertragskundendienst in Ihrer N he 6 Montage und Installation NR RR z B durch eine berflutung von R umen bei St rungen an der Pumpe hat der Betreiber durch geeignete Massnahmen z B Installation von Alarmanlage Reservepumpe o auszuschliessen Die Kleinhebeanlage ist auf ebenem Boden waagerecht aufzustellen und mit Spreizd beln auftriebssicher zu befestigen Neben
