ROLL STAND INSTALLATION GUIDE 1 PARTS REFERENCE The following parts and hardware are included with this installation kit 1 Roll Stand Base 1 2 Roll Stand Post 1 Swivel Tilt Assembly 5 Mounting Plate 4 Accessories Basket includes mounting hardware Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS M4X16 7 Fix baskets and the base Screw M4X8 12 Fix the baskets and cable hook Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS M5X10 2 Fix the mounting plate 10 Nylon Screw M4X12 2 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS Fix the swivel part 2 Assembling the Roll Stand 1 Insert Roll Stand Post in Base and lay assembly on its side not shown for access to bottom of Base Using a M4X16 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS to fix the post kit AS SHOWN RIGHT ITEM MODEL DESCRIPTION QTY NO NO Tray kit Transition plate 1 Sundries Basket includes mounting hardware Tray kit transition plate p Swivel Tilt part fil gt Mounting plate for Basket Acce Basket Roll stand post Sundries Basket Roll stand Base 2 Insert the tray kit to the top of the pole kit use one M5X6 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS to fix it with the post kit AS SHOWN RIGHT 3 Use 2 pcs of M5X10 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS to fix the mounting plate on the swivel tilt part Tighten or loosen the socket head screw Swivel Tension Screw on the side of the Roll Stand Post to adjust the tilt tension AS SHOWN2. RIGHT 4 Install the mounting kit onto the upper post with 4 pcs of M4X16 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS and fix the accessories basket onto the mounting kit with 4 pcs of M4X8 screws provided AS SHOWN RIGHT 5 Fix the mounting kit big onto the lower post with 2 pcs of M4X16 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS Install the basket hook and the cable hook onto the mounting kit with 2 M4X8 screws provided plug the small sundries basket onto the basket hook AS SHOWN RIGHT I Swivel Tension Screw
