5. abwaschen Es empfiehlt sich die Verwendung eines Mikrofasertuches Keine L sungsmittel verwenden Die Kopfhaut ist zwar u erst strapazierf hig und relativ dick kann aber durch spitze Gegenst nde verletzt werden und verliert damit ihre Funktionsf higkeit Unbedingt beachten Wenn Vollmasken nach der Desinfizierung nicht 100 gesp lt werden und dadurch Desinfektionsmittelr ckst nde auf die Latexhaut gelangen kann es bei einigen Desinfektionsmitteln zu Besch digungen kommen Deshalb d rfen ausschlie lich Desinfektions mittel die frei von Phosphaten Aldehyden und Phenolen sind verwendet werden Zur Pflege d rfen keine l fett oder l sungsmittelhaltigen Mittel verwendet werden Diese sch digen die Kopfhaut Als Pflegemittel wird von Labtec Silicon Spray empfohlen Die Lebensdauer des Pr fkopfes unterliegt nicht der Garantie Wenn die Latexhaut besch digt beraltert oder aus anderen Gr nden nicht mehr dicht ist so kann der Pr fkopf im Austauschverfahren gewechselt werden Bitte senden Sie den Pr fkopf ins Werk Sie erhalten umgehend einen Austauschkopf 10 Care and Maintenance The test stand does not need any special care It should however be protected from external harm ful influences water damp in the form of steam dust The test head needs no special maintenance but should be regularly cared for end of each working day see below The test head skin is made of natural rubber

16. pplies if sealed parts have been opened unless expressly permitted by Labtec Otherwise the sale and delivery conditions of Lab tec GmbH apply which are in no wise extended by these notes 2 Description of the Equipment Labmatic 400 is designed to test full face masks as per EN 136 Breathing Apparatuses as EN 137 Diving Apparatuses SCUBA as EN 250 and Chemical Protection Suits The air required is supplied from a respiratory air cylinder 300 or 200 bar by means of special adapters that are essential for operation of this test stand Access to a 230 V AC power supply is also needed for its operation PC Requirements For computer operation an IBM compatible PC with a CD ROM drive at least 512 MB memory minimum frequency 2 GHz and 200 MB or more free memory capacity on the hard disk is needed and the software Labtronic NT Labtronic NET A printer taking A4 paper and compatible with this PC running with the selected operating system see above is needed to print out the protocols In addition enough memory for recording the equip ment test data is needed which will depend on how many equipment tests are carried out and how long the data is to be saved for Some of the tests require the use of adapters or connecting pieces that are specific to the manufac turers and can be obtained from them When breathing apparatuses are tested an HP line is needed for the compressed air supply this adapts the pressure between the respi
