Guarantee Conditions Our heaters are manufactured and tested according to the latest production methods During the guarantee period a claim for the defective equipment must be placed by our customer service Keep the original packaging If neces sary the defective device is to be returned to us By a guarantee or warranty problem you will receive a repaired or new device atno costin trade The guarantee does not apply to damages especially to goods or persons caused after the transfer of risk due to noncompliance with the user manual improper treatment excessive operational demands use of unsuitable equipment or other influences that do not correspond to the intended use of the device Improper intervention modifications and repairs made by the customer or through non authorized third parties shall void the warranty and guarantee icathnerm WARME DIE VON HERZEN KOMMT Claims from the customer that were not mentioned in the previous or in this section are excluded This applies especially for claims for damages outside the purchased item This liability limitation does not apply if it can be proven that we have acted with intent or gross negligence or if liability is given due to the lack of assurance of characteristics These liability provisions apply to all claims from the customer particularly the lack of explicitly promised characteristics outside of the legally binding liability the breach of secondary contractual obligation
4. device Maintain an adequate safety distance from flammable objects and liquids The unit may only be operated when assembled Allow the appliance to cool completely before taking it down or disassembling it for storage Do not put any objects between the device and the wall Do not cover or place objects on the device If the device is being used as a standalone please mount the support stand instead of the wall mounts from the original accessories Other constructions can endanger the stability of the device Overheating protection The unit is fitted with an overheat cut off which switches the device off automatically in case of overheating After cut off unplug the device for approximately 15 min so as to let it cool down before plugging it in again Should the overheating protection turn the device off again after a short period of time it is probably defective Turn off the device and unplug it from the mains Let the device be checked from an authorized dealer or customer service Installation The device must be mounted with the provided materials on an even heat resistant surface Never mount the device without the included spacing mounts The distance to the wall must be a minimum of 3 cm The bottom side of the frame must be a minimum of 20 cm from the floor and the device 30 cm from other furnishings The mounting height is dependent upon the room height and should never be closer to the ceiling than 80 cm from the top of the frame The
