1. DISTANCE DISPLAY MODE From 0 99999 KM Press the RESET key could reset the distance numbers to be 0 CALORIES DISPLAY MODE From 0 99999 CAL Press the RESET key could reset the calories numbers to be 0 TIME DISPLAY MODE 12H or 24H selection Hour and minute display mode TIME SETTING After you replace the new batteries the LCD will display all the numbers by 2 seconds and then the LCD will be in the TIME display mode 1 Press the SET key to be at the HOUR setting mode e The hour numbers will be flashing e Press the 4 RESET key each time to increase the hour numbers by one hour x During the HOUR setting mode if you don t press any key to set the data over 5 seconds then the LCD display will be returned to the TIME display mode 2 Press the SET key again to be at the MINUTE setting mode e The minute numbers will be flashing e Press the 4 RESET key each time to increase the minute numbers by one minute x During the MINUTE setting mode if you don t press any key to set the data over 5 seconds then the LCD display will be returned to the TIME display mode 3 Press the SET key again to be at the 12H and 24H switch setting mode The 12H or 24H display will be flashing e The 12H or 24H display will be flashing e Press the A RESET key each time to switch the 12H or 24H display x During the 12H and 24H switch setting mode if you don t press any key to set the data over 5 seconds then t2.
