9. 5 2 How to train with AutoClick AutoClick is a learning capturing tool which has to be trained before capturing automatically At the beginning AutoClick doesn t know anything because nothing has been trained l e AutoClick will not recognize any supplier or document type or layout field The training is very simple and doesn t afford any software know how or programming knowledge Due to its flexibility you can also easily modify the training In average it takes about 1 2 minutes to train a document type of a supplier Having trained a document type it makes no difference whether the document type arrives every day or once a year So the number of one document type really doesn t matter Just train and forget about the document type What kind of document types can be trained the document types that should be trained have to have a certain kind of form or layout e g like invoices delivery notes orders offers claims or contracts The length of these documents can vary also the information which has to be detected can stand at different positions Ordinary correspondence which normally is of individual style and form will not be successfully trained In this case you just click the information in the fields you want to Training with AutoClick means that you have to define reference and coordination data for information which has to be captured into a layout field And the way you do it is very easy you just click on the green
