SERVICE MANUAL G92610NE G92611NE G92605SNE APPENDIX 2 How to Mount and Remove the Doors of a 4 Door Refrigerator To remove the doors Hinge covers have to be removed first Hinge covers are taken out by removing the single bolt This is shown in the picture below After removing hinge covers sockets under the cover must be removed In 4K V1 and V 2 refrigerators the removing process of Top Left and Top Right hinges is as explained above In V3 version refrigerators there is a water hose on top left hinge covered with macaron and connected to water fountain Remove the sockets by the help of the tabs on the sockets The water hose is removed from its position by taking it off from the Quick fit connection on the rear wall of the refrigerator Cj After removing the sockets and hoses now its time to remove the hinge With a Phillips screwdriver cordless if available unscrew the screws on the hinge to remove hinges Once the Top Hinges are removed FF doors are displaced by holding them from bottom and lifting upwards After removing the FF Doors the middle hinges are also removed by unscrewing and taking out the screws on the middle hinges FRZ doors may also be removed using the same method of lifting upwards after removing the middle hinges After completion of any necessary service on the doors or replacing them by new ones above operations are made in reverse order to replace the doors so that the pro2. cess is completed
