7. e to be regularly cleaned of dirt and deposits NOTICE Your expense Careful handling of the equipment will prevent unnecessary repairs and downtimes Regular annual safety checks by FRIATEC AG are recommended 22 The scraper tool FWSG SE must be kept clean and dry After use the tool is always to be stored in the dry transport box The FWSG SE must be treated regularly using FRIATEC maintenance spray Spray FRIATEC maintenance spray onto a clean cloth and rub carefully on the tool Those parts of the tool which come into contact with the pipe e g the scraper blade 5 or the grooves for the rollers 8 may not be treated using the maintenance spray If this happens accidentally these parts must be cleaned by using standard cold cleaning agents Service and maintenance tasks should be carried out ina workroom NOTICE Oil or oil based maintenance spray may not come into contact with the pipe surface to be scraped FRIATEC maintenance spray 613 301 Please observe safety and application instructions on agent container 10 Warranty The warranty is granted for 1 year Excluded from this are parts which prematurely wear because of the environ ment sand earth corrosion promoting materials and similar Warranty and liability claims in the event of injuries to persons and damages to property shall be excluded if they are the result of one or several of the follow ing Causes e use of scraper tool FWSG SE and the pl

12. n Sie die Einstecktiefe am Rohrende an Kennzeichnen Sie die zu sch lende Fl che mit einem FRIALEN Marker mit wellenf rmigen Linien Damit k nnen Sie sp ter feststellen ob ein gleich m iges Sch len des Rohres stattgefunden hat Ger t einstellen Ger t am mittleren Kugelgriff 4 und am Spannhebel 3 halten und an der zu sch lenden Stelle auf das Rohr setzen siehe Abb 2 Abb 2 Bei Sch lungen am Rohrende das Sch lmesser 5 so aufsetzen dass ca 1 3 des Sch lmessers 5 auf dem Rohr aufliegt siehe Abb 3 e Spannhebel 3 schlie en siehe Abb 4 Quetschgefahr Achten Sie darauf dass sich Ihre Finger nicht im Klemmbereich zwischen Unterteil 2 und Spannhebel 3 befinden 5 Rohroberfl che sch len e Das Sch lger t an den Kugel griffen 4 in Sch lrichtung siehe Sch lrichtungspfeil 10 gleichm Big um das Rohr drehen siehe Abb 5 e Sch len bis die zuvor markierte Rohroberfl che komplett gesch lt ist Abb 5 DE Stand Update 01 12 2014 DE Stand Update 01 12 2014 INFORMATION Sch lung von Abgangsstutzen an Sattelbauteilen Sollte die Sch ll nge nicht ausreichen ist das Sch lger t zu drehen und auf dem Abgangsstutzen erneut aufzuspannen Die Sch lung erfolgt dann in entgegenge setzter Richtung zur Stirnseite hin Der Sch lvorgang ist zu beenden sobald zum bereits gesch lten Stutzenbereich eine berdeckung hergestellt wurde maximal ei
13. ne Umdrehung In dieser Position k nnen die vorderen F hrungsr der des Sch l ger ts bereits au er Funktion sein W hrend des Sch lens Ger t nicht in Richtung der Rohrachse dr cken e Der Span ist von Hand zu entfernen 6 Demontage des Ger tes e Zur Demontage das Sch lger t mit rn der einen Hand am mittleren Kugel griff 4 fassen und mit der anderen Hand den Spannhebel 3 l sen siehe Abb 6 Abb 6 e Das Sch lger t vom Rohr nehmen h siehe Abb 7 e Ger t in Transportbox sauber und trocken verwahren Abb 7 T berpr fung des Sch lergebnisses berpr fen Sie das Sch lergebnis Es muss ein l ckenloser Spanabtrag erfolgt sein und die zuvor mit dem FRIALEN Marker aufgebrachten Markierungen m ssen vollst ndig entfernt sein Kontrollieren Sie bei Ringbund Rohren das Sch lergebnis im Hinblick auf die Spandicke und auf dem Rohr verbliebene Markierungen besonders aufmerksam Sollspandicke und Verschlei grenze des Sch lmessers sind f r FRIALEN Sicherheitsfittings und das FRIAFIT Abwassersystem durch entsprechende Pr fnachweise als zul ssige Verarbeitungsgrenzen definiert Beachten Sie bei der Verarbeitung anderer Fittingfabrikate den f r die Schwei ung minimal zul ssigen Rohrdurchmesser Eine Abnutzung des Sch lmessers 5 kann zu einer unzul ssigen Vergr e rung der Spandicke f hren Diese Abnutzung entsteht durch vielfachen Ge brauch und u ere Einfl sse Sand Erd
