7. opening 10 09 2007 it e Bef llen wie am Anfang dieses Abschnittes beschrieben Empfehlung Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme des Ger tes den Kessel bis zum maximalen Wasserstand bef llen Sollte beim Einschalten des Kessels ein Signalton von ca 3 Sekunden ert nen dann ist der Kessel voll und muss somit nicht nachgef llt werden 3 2 2 Abschl mmen Blow down Bei Betriebsende wird der Ger teschalter ausgeschaltet und der Kessel abgeschl mmt Das Abschl mmen muss t glich bei Betriebsende erfolgen Der mitgelieferte Abschl mmbeh lter muss bis zur Markierung mit kaltem Wasser gef llt sein und wird flach gelegt siehe Skizze Der Abschl mmschlauch mit Diffusor wird in den Beh lter geschoben und der Schraubverschluss fest geschraubt siehe auch 1 2 2 Abschl mmung Der Abschl mmkugelhahn wird langsam ge ffnet so dass das hei e austretende Wasser sich mit dem kalten Wasser aus dem Abschl mmbeh lter vermischen kann Zeigt das Manometer keinen Druck mehr an wird der Abschl mmhahn geschlossen und der Kessel neu bef llt Danach wieder ausschalten Der Abschl mmkugelhahn muss unbedingt mit dem Sicherheitsb gel verriegelt werden Danach Abschl mmbeh lter wieder bef llen und aus Sicherheitsgr nden den Abschl mmschlauch in den Beh lter schieben und den Schraubverschluss fest verschrauben Das Wasser aus dem Abschl mmbeh lter wird weggegossen Lage des Abschl mmbeh lters beim Abschl mmen Da
8. rtetem Wasser aus einer Enth rtungsanlage stellt dagegen kein Problem dar Wasserh rte messen Der im Wasser enthaltene Kalk kann zu Ablagerungen im Kessel und auf den Heizungen f hren und Ausf lle hervorrufen Um dies zu vermeiden empfehlen wir ab einer Wasserh rte von 5 dH das Kalkbindemittel Lapidon zu verwenden Das Kalkbindemittel bewirkt dass der im Wasser enthaltene Kalk gebunden wird und als Schlamm beim Abschl mmen aus dem Kessel entfernt wird Bei einer Wasserh rte von 10 dH bis 15 dH wird f r ca 10 Wasser eine halbe Dosierkappe des mitgelieferten Kalkbindemittels Lapidon beigegeben Werden 15 dH berschritten muss eine ganze Dosierkappe f r ca 10 Wasser beigef gt werden 3 2 Betrieb Operating 3 2 1 Bef llen und Heizen Filling and Heating e Bef llkappe 2 abschrauben Entl ftungskugelhahn 4 ffnen Bef lltrichter aufsetzen e _ Kesselschalter einschalten ein akustisches Signal Intervallton ert nt solange bis das Wasser den Minimumwasserstand ca 2 8 Liter berschritten hat Die Heizung schaltet sich ein Weiter bef llen bis ein kurzer Signalton ert nt ca 3 Sekunden Achtung Gleich mit der Bef llung aufh ren ansonsten wird der Kessel berf llt und beim D mpfen werden Wassertropfen mitgerissen Die gesamte Bef llmenge betr gt ca 5 9 Liter e Bef llkappe 2 aufschrauben und Entl ftungskugelhahn 4 schlie en und mit dem Sicherheitsb gel blockieren D D
