5. and operating voltage The operating voltage of the UMG96L is gener ated by the measuring voltage The measure ment is designed for three phase systems with neutral conductor TN and TT mains The measuring and operating voltages must be con nected to the UMG 96L via a separation switch or power switch and an overcurrent protection 2 10A within the building installation The con nection of the measuring and operating voltages is carried out at the back side of the UMG 96L via shock protected spring clamps 230V 400V Standard version Phase L1 and the neutral conductor N must be connected and the attached voltage must be within the range of the measuring and operat ing voltage 120V 220V Special version Phase L1 and the neutral conductor N must be connected and the attached voltage must be within the range of the measuring and operat ing voltage 60V 110V Special version Phase L1 and the neutral conductor N must be connected and the attached voltage must be within the range of the measuring and operat ing voltage Attention The limits indicated in the technical data may not be exceeded not even while checking and putting into service of the UMG 96L Page 6 The connection wires for the operating volta ge leading to the UMG96L must be suitable for voltages up to 300V against ground The measuring and operating voltage has to be protected by a fuse which must be in the range of 2A to 10A Aswitch
